This is it, A fresh start, away from the pain and sorrow of the past. No more abuse, no

more bullies, No more...him. I'm only 17 but i've seen my share of shit, but i'm not going to get

into that...its in the past, thats why me and my mom are moving to Maine,to start a new life, she

recently got a job as a fashion designer there and bought a house, so right now we are on a

plane heading to our new home....our new everything.

*Skips plane ride*

"Noel, time to get up Honey", I hear someone say while shaking my arm slightly. I

mumble a small ok before standing up and grabbing my over head bag and fallowing my mom

off the plane .

"Hey mom, can I have a couple bucks to go get a coffee from the vender?", I ask turning to my

mom.

"Sure sweetie, get me one to yeah? I will grab our luggage, meet me by the gate ", She replies

handing me a 10 dollar bill from her purse. I nod grabbing the money, walking over to the

vender ordering to black coffees. I payed fro the beverages and turned to walk to the gate when

I clumsily stumbled into a boy around my age dropping both coffees, the black liquid splashing our shoes.

"Oh my God! i'm so sorry, i'm clumsy and I guess being half asleep doesn't help with that at all",

I say to the stranger who just chuckled, looking up at me from the floor.

"Its no problem, I wasn't really watching where I was going so your not at total fault here", He

replies winking with a cute little smile, flicking his blonde hair back from his eyes.

I feel a blush paint its way over my cheeks , as I look up at him shyly replying.

"I'm Noel by the way"

"Jason, but you can call me Jace", there was a small pause between us as neither of us new

what to say, then he continued.

"So do you live here in main or just visiting?"

"Oh, me and my mom just moved here from New York....speaking of which, I better go, my mom

is waiting for me at the gate, but it was great meeting you and sorry again", I smile before

starting to walk towards the gate but he shot out his arm and grabbed me before I could get to

far.

"Um, before you go do you think I could get your number, you know to show you around some

time, since you just moved here?", He asks rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"Of course! here...", I grab a pen that was sitting on the venders booth and quickly write down

my number on a napkin and hand it to him before bidding him a good bye and walking towards

the Airport gate, after just a couple steps my phone starts going off and I see and unknown

number and answered confusedly .

"Hello?"

"Hey, just wanted to make sure you didn't give me a fake number", A deep voice says through

the phone. I blush turning around, seeing Jason  Standing back at the vendor hold his phone to

his ear.

"I'd never", I say playfully before ending the call and giving him a small wave, which he

returned.

'Living here is already turning out better than back in New York', I think to myself making my

 way to my mom.
