And one where opportunities are scarce. But sometimes these worlds collide between love or violence. Or both.

It was the night of Pen Preps Highschool Valentine Ball. All the couples where dance ing together, all of them in love. Except...

"Nikhil..!" Jules seemed kind of annoyed. "Come on! Dance with me"

Nikhil's expression changed. "Jules...we should talk."

*meanwhile in north Philadelphia*

Brendan let out some smoke from his mouth. "Ok, you know what to do"

"Let's get this over with." Cade was annoyed.

Brendan lifted one of his eye brows. "Watch your attitude boy!"

Cade takes a deep breath, then heads down the street.

*back in south Philadelphia*

Jules hesitated for a second. "Talk about what..?"

"I'll be leaving for college at the end of summer and..." Nikhil let out a long breath. "I can't do this anymore."

"Is rather have a clean. Real now than drag this out."

Jules stared at him in disbelief before covering her face in her hands.

"I hate hurting you but... it's over"
Nikhil turned around to leave.  "We're over."

"Nikhil.." she started to say...but she couldn't take it anymore and just took off running.

Jules ran out and didn't think of where she was heading. At the same time, Cade had just finished stealing some drugs from the pharmacy.

"This all you got!?" Brendan yelled at Cade.

"Cops!!" Screamed Cade as the two both took of running in different directions.

Cade ran into an ally where he collided with someone he stepped back and raised his eyebrow at her. "Are you ok?"

Jules panicked and blurted out "here! Take my purse."

"I don't want your god damn purse!"

But this little scene was over when one of Cade's enemies mouse came up.

"Hey, check out Cinderella! Did you loose your glass slipper?!"
Mouse laughed.

"Who are you running from pretty girl?"

Before Jules could say anything Cade stood between them. "Hey, back off!"
"Leave her alone."

Rico stepped out from behind mouse and defended his friend. "Damn Cade! You always getting the best looking girls!"

Omg! June thought then she decided to threaten them. "Go away or I'm calling the cops!"

"Ooh I like a princess with some fire in her belly." Mouse and Rico laughed.

"You gonna call 911 say you need help because your scared?" The laughed more.

"Oh I'm sure they'll send a whole swat team just for you! Princess!" This one sent them both laughing.

But Jules stood up for herself. "You think you can scare me?!" "Well I'm tougher than you think.

"Oh princess we can scare you with more than just words!!" A grin curled up Ricos face.

"You'll see"

Get the hell outta here!!! Cade pulled out his gun and belt it high.

"Well let you got his time Cade. But it air over tell your dad we are coming for him" he brushed his ugly dirty, blond hair with his hand and turned "he owes us big time"
