Mal and her father have been driving for almost 12 hours and would arrive at there destination any moment now.
Six years ago Mal's mother died from a car crash.A few years later her father started to date again he met his love again she had a son that would be 15 now.Mal and her father sat in silence ever since they stepped into the car.Mal didn't like moving to somewhere new and having a new start.
Finally after 10 minutes they reached a house on a hill maybe two story but absolutely beautiful outside.
When they pulled up to a stop there was a nice looking women with short blonde hair and blue eyes dressed in shorts and a t-shirt that had a design of a tree that said "Save the trees".
They got out of the car and She met us halfway "Hi you must be Mal"said Adrid holding out a hand.
"Hi nice to meet you"said Mal shaking her hand while smiling.
"You too"said Adrid "Well dinner is on the table ready.And Zach is in his room.
When she said Zach her mind went back to a few minutes ago when her father told her that he had an imaginary friend.Zach is 15 a couple years younger and goes to the same school.
When they walked into the house there was a flight of stairs to the right when you walk in.
"Zach sweety please come down"said Adrid at the foot of the stairs.
After a couple of minutes a boys head popped out.He had brunette hair and green eyes.He ran down the stairs and ran up to Mal and stuck his hand out.Mal shook it gently and put her hand down when they stopped shaking hands.
Dinner was silent at the beginning until "When's the wedding?"asked Zach
Making my father and Adrid spit out some wine back into the cup.Adrid coughed before she answered "We having really discussed that"said Adrid
It went silent again Mal began to eat and saw that there was an empty chair beside Zach and a plate of food that hasn't been touched."He doesn't like when people stare at him judgy"said Zach eating a piece of turkey.
"Sorry,May I be excused?"asked Mal looking at her father and Adrid.
