Haymitch hated watching her flirt with capitol people. That's exactly what she was doing. He watched her laugh at something one of those freaks said. Then turn and waddle towards him in those outrageous high heels that drive him crazy.
"Did you find yourself a new boyfriend Doll?" He asked mockingly.
Effie made a horrible face. "Of course not." She said in her capitol accent that gets stronger when something rubs her the wrong way.
"But I did just secure us three sponsors willing to help the children out. It's not much but I guess it's better than nothing."
"So you can thank me whenever you want." She says with a sly wink.
