Time. It's such a complex thing, something created to allow us to have a fixed schedule. It's like the rest of life, an illusion. An illusion that we all follow, because it helps to keep our lives functional. We don't question if it's actually real, we just assume it is, because we grow up to think it.
At least that's my friends opinion. My opinion? Time is time, nothing else to say about it. I just go with the flow, living life as it passes me by. She, however, has all these crazy theories about everything that are tiring, constantly giving me a headache when she goes off on one.
Her name is Josceline Leonard. Everyone always calls her JC for short, because she hates her full name, and would happily kill anyone who calls her it. She has beautiful dark purple hair that slowly blends into a bright pink at the ends, always getting grief for it from school, but never giving a damn. Her eyes are a beautiful hazel colour, going into a milk chocolate brown when she's angered. Her physique is to die for, as well as her being petite.
I, however, am called Primrose Lyndon, often being picked on for having the same name as the girl who dies in The Hunger Games. Others tease about the beginning of my name being 'Prim', because apparently it's exactly what I am. I don't see it, but they're the ones who often go to my workplace, where I have to be, as they put it, 'prim and proper'. My hair is black underneath with the top being a pale shade of pink. I also got grief about my hair, but I always told them the same lie - I'm supporting breast cancer. Now, don't get me wrong, I do support it, but I don't support it enough to dye my hair to support it. The colour was just nice, and it's an easy escape from my teacher's wrath until it disappears from my hair. My eyes are also brown, but they're more milk chocolate constantly, turning an even darker shade of brown when I'm angered - which is rare. My physique is also incredible, but I have to work far harder than JC does. I'm a little taller than her, but not by much.
JC and I have been friends since we were born - both on the same day. We've been through everything together, and it wasn't about to change. We know everything there is to know about each other, down to when JC lost her virginity, including every gorey detail. She's constantly pestering me about losing my virginity, and my response is always the same. Not until I'm ready. So, instead, she pesters me to dance more and more, stating that a specific boy at our school loves dancers.
This specific boy is called Aaren Lydon. Brown hair, forest green eyes, and a physique to die for. He was a stunner, and he knew it. Instead of sleeping with every girl though, he pushed them away. Some even thought he was gay, but JC? She thinks his heart has already been captured by a girl, and just so happens to think that this girl is me, just because he appreciates my dancing. I, however, think that he just appreciates my dancing and isn't looking for anyone right now. Not everyone has to be rushing to get into a relationship, they're allowed to focus on themselves also. And I believe that's what Aaren is doing, focusing on himself before giving his heart to a girl.
Aaren has two specific friends he always hangs around with. The first is Vinny Upton, who has been his friend since childhood. Those two are inseperable, and would both die for each other. Vinny has ash blonde hair with georgous blue eyes, and an absolutely stunning physique that every girl drools over. He has no issue playing every girl in the school, and tends not to keep them for more than a week, depending on the type of girl they are.
The second is Tiffany Beaumont. Despite her name, she isn't bad. She also isn't a girly-girl, preferring to have dark clothing. She dyes her hair black, has stunning grey eyes, and an amazing physique that she hides due to stretch marks. Everyone was surprised when she went from being Aaren's girlfriend to his friend. They managed to pull it off, even with the amount of strain it came with. You see, he had accidentally got her knocked up last year, and she gave birth, only to lose her beautiful baby boy a few months ago. Since then, she's worn dark clothes and hung around Aaren to be able to remain sane.
She had tried staying away from him for awhile, and I can still remember when I saw her sat in a corner in the corridor, screaming and crying, her hands clawing at her arms and stomach until a teacher came to wave everyone off, Aaren barging past everyone to reach her, calming her with his whispered words. Since that day, she was transferred into all of his classes, and she remains by his side constantly, going from an extrovert to an introvert.
JC was determined to become their friends, stating that Tiffany looked lonely whenever the boys would talk about boyish things, and therefore wanted to befriend the girl. And, so, of course, I was dragged into this plan of hers.
