Silent sadness is wet tear streaks down your face and ever so quite sobs. It's chocking on your breath to quiet the the screams. It's sobs race through our your entire body yet no sound leaves your mouth.
Silent sadness is when you feel helpless and lost and you want help but feel you don't deserve it. It's when you break down in your shower by yourself with the water silencing your cries. It's locking your room door and turning up music to hide your sobs.
Silent sadness is the little whimpers you make when you feel so helpless and hurt that you need some sound to validate you. It's bowing your head to hide the tears and steeling your self and body not to shake.
Silent sadness is begging for help but never asking for it out loud and burying your feelings.
