About ten minutes after Connor texted me, he and Julia arrived. " Hey guys! Happy Birthday sis!" Connor said hugging me. " Thanks bro " I said " Oh and hey, congrats on the engagement you guys!" said Connor. " Wait! How did you ........ LUKE!" I said. " Do you really think I would not have asked his permission first ! I mean I do have some sense. " said Luke " Yeah but you could have told me, I was worrying this while one about what Connor was going to say! " I said. " Oh I'm sorry babe, I didn't know that you would feel that way! Do you forgive me ?" Luke said sounding guilty, Awww i love him so much " I could never stay mad at you I know you was only trying to make me happy !" I said " So how's the baby?" I asked directing the question towards Julia "Yeah the baby's fine , I can't wait until we fan find out what sex it is though, I'm so excited! " said Julia enthusiastically , " What do you want the baby to be, Connor?" I asked " I really don't mind, I'm just happy were having a baby!" said Connor whilst staring into Julia's eyes, "'Aww, you will make a good daddy bro, I'm so proud of you!" I said " Oh um I hope that you don't mind Kim but my parents have to meet up with my aunt and they asked if we could babysit my baby cousin, is that ok?" Luke said. " Yeah that's fine, I love kids!" I said " When is she going to be dropped off?". " In about ten minutes"'replied Luke. " Ok , hey are you guys staying for a bit?" I asked my brother. " Yeah, if that's ok with you " replied Connor. " Yeah that's fine, les go sit on the couch " I suggested

After about ten minted Luke's baby cousin was dropped of , she is absolutely adorable! " Luke, what's her name?" I asked , " Her name is Abbie " he replies. I held Abbie in my arms and rocked her until she fell asleep , I don't know what it Is but there is something conferting about having a sleeping baby in your arms. " Aww, she seems to love you!" said a very happy Julia. " Yeah I guess she does!" I said looking down at her sleeping face. " Hey can you get me that blanket Luke she is getting cold" I asked " Yeah sure" said Luke as he wrapped his arms around me and Abbie and covered her in the very soft blanket. "You guys look so cute together with the baby !" said Julia " hey can you hold her for a sec Luke I need to go and get a drink ," I asked ," Yeah sure" replied Luke who took Abbie in his arms and was now he toy rocking her. After I had gotten my drink, I sent back to the sofa and saw Luke talking in a baby voice to Abbie. I just stood there and smiled, one day he is going to make a great dad ! I walked up to Luke and whispered Into his ear " One day you will make a great dad " and he leaned over Abbie and kissed me lightly on the lips. " And you will make a good mom too, one day" he replied smiling . Now I know that I was absolutely, positively in love with this man!
