Katie's POV: (At gym)
(This takes place the day after Katie sabotaged Brennan.)
Okay. Brennan has been sabotaged. Now, I have to do the same to Annie, I thought as I walked into the gym.
"Hey, Katie," Peanut said.
"Hi!" I replied. "Is Annie here already?"
"Yeah," she said. "I saw her by the cubbies."
"Thanks!"
Perfect. She's here. Now to sabotage her.

"Katie! You're here!" Annie exclaimed as I walked through the door.
"Yeah, I'm here. Anyway, I need to tell you something. Something private. I think we should go into the school room."
Annie and I walked into the school room and I closed the door.
"What is it?" she asked.
"It's... It's Brennan."
"Is something wrong?" Annie was concerned.
"He... He told me something last night. He's breaking up with you. He said 'you two just weren't working out' and he wanted you to be happy," I said.
"What?!" Annie yelled. Her face was red. Tears were in her eyes.
"I'm sorry," I said. "I thought you two were great."
"I did too," she replied, "but I guess he didn't. I'm not 'happy'. If Brennan wanted me to be happy, we'd still be a couple. He's a jerk."
Secretly, I was really happy, but my face showed that I was sad and supporting her.
"I'm so sorry."
