Chapter 9

Matt's pov
I was crying at what she had said in that note I looked at the promise ring and I rember that day
*FLASHBACK*
"Adeline come here" Jack said
"Coming"
"What do you want Jack"
"Your date is here"
"I will be right there"
She came down the stairs in a white and black dress and her hair curled. But what fought my eye is her eyes the were filled with happiness and love. Damm I know were only 13 but damm do I love her everything about her ,her curves her eyes hair she's the total package. We got to the dance and it was wired until she said something.
"Matt"
"Adeline"
"Why do you like me I mean were bestfriends"
"Adeline I like you for so many reasons your personality your looks everything most important because I can trust you"
"Adeline"
"Yes Matt" she said with her sparkling green eyes. I got down on one knee and I promised that I would ever hurt her in any way or stop loving her and she promised me she would never love any one else until we both moved on.
"Yes Matt "
I put it on her finger and we danced the night away.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
I can't believe she kept that ring on for 8 years I missed her lips and just her in general I have to raise Vanessa she's my daughter I'm just going to have to see what happens.
