It was a gloomy day, as the rain came crashing down on the top of a light gray Acura MDX. Inside held a little girl who seemed around the age of seven. She was wearing a uniform top with the initials J.A.E written on the vest. In the driver seat sat a man with a thinning gray beard.
"Are we there yet?", called the little girl in the back of the car. The man chuckled and said "We will be there in no time Faith." Faith asked, "Where is mommy and Alexa?". The father said "They are meeting us at the caf-".
He was interrupted by a loud car horn. The MDX severed violently on the road and flipped over twice, landing in a muddy ditch. Faith was crying and banging on the car window. Faith yelled, "It wouldn't break, why wouldn't it break?", in between tears. The father turned with blood trickling down his face to grab the headrest behind him. "Get down he yelled." He then wasted no time smashing it against the car window. The father said "Faith jump out!", while pushing her out the car.
She turns and says, "Your turn." He replied with, "Go on and get help, my leg is stuck." Faith screams, "I CAN'T, I CAN'T LEAVE YOU!" The father takes a deep breath and says, "Honey, I need you to get help." Faith nods her head with a sob escaping her mouth while limping to the road. She rushes to the road, waving her tiny hands frantically in the air, trying to get someone's attention. She then sees a car light, rushing over she slips on a puddle, adding another scrape to her battered and bruised legs. She faints as the car pulls over. What was once a cheerful and happy girl, lays a broken little girl, the rain pouring harshly against her body.
