Hidden....

It was amazing to see my house from over 100 feet in the air. I saw the waves wash onto the shore as I landed in the plane. I ran down the stairs that was leading up to the inside of my moms private airplane. I walked along the shore admiring the beach. OUCH! I stepped on something hard as a rock. I looked down it was a lock. It had a message in it. It said "dearest Kayla, Secrets are hidden inside" I was kinda creeped out so I chucked the lock back into the water. Far.. into the water. I ran inside my moms beach house. The smell of her Christmas tree filled our house. "Mom! It's me. I'm home!" I shouted. "Honey? Is that you?!" She said as she ran down the 3 flights of stairs. " I am gonna get some food from the store" mom said softly to me.  "Ok be back soon mom!" . I heard the door slam. 20 minutes passed. I heard the door re-open. BLING! My mom texted me. Why was she texting me if  she was inside? I read the text it said " GO IN YOUR ROOM, LOCK THE DOOR AND HIDE!!!!!".Then the door opened again  this time it was my mom. I saw her blonde hair run down the  back of her head. I looked over the stairs railing. I could see a black hat on a man. I couldn't see his face. He looked at me and looked back at my mom. She gave me the "hide!" Symbol with her hands while the strange man was not looking. I ran into my room and locked the door. I hid in my closet and prayed that nothing bad would happen to my mom. Then I heard the sound of my mom screaming. I held my ears as the sound of glass shattered
