She was born a girl. Her name was Janie Lyn. Then one day everything changed.
Janie grew up in a rather toxic home, and she learned from an early age to fend for herself. A young girl could never survive in her house of violence and independence, this caused her to hold herself as more of a boy. She knew how to defend herself with fairly good strength, she knew how to shoot a sling shot with fair accuracy, and she took to the bow like flies to meat. She didn't acquaint with girls very well, but she made friends with boys and girls like her easily. When she was about six or seven she began to wonder if the parts she had were the parts that belonged to her. She brushed the curiosity off as just a child's thought of stupidity. As she grew her curiosity about what it would be like to be the opposite sex grew also.
By the time she was twelve she realized she had a seemingly unnatural attraction to girls. She spoke to her friends about it and explained that she had the same feelings and attractions towards both genders, and they all came to the conclusion that she was bisexual. One of Janie's closest friends, Hope, was also bisexual, not long after the discovery of her own sexuality, she and Hope became a couple. They had a very happy relationship. Until Hope's mom found out. After that they had to keep their relationship a secret and it worked for a little while. One day Janie received a text from Hope's Facebook, she read it to find that Hope's mother had read their messages. Hope's mom told Janie that if she kept talking to her daughter that she would have her change schools. Janie cried as she sent a message that read, "I'm sorry for being and inconvenience. I will stop talking to Hope if it means she will no longer get in trouble or be hurt emotionally because of me. Please tell Hope that I'm sorry. That I love and will miss her so much." Janie was only thirteen and she had just experienced heartbreak.
She avoided speaking and interacting with Hope for a month maybe two, then one day Hope caught her in the hallway. She told her that her mom had forgotten about Janie and they could be friends again. Janie took the chance and stayed friends with Hope. They were very close friends and always looked out for each other, especially when the other was in a relationship with a boy or a girl. All the while Janie's interest in the feeling of being the opposite sex grew more and more.
She consulted the internet for answers as to why she felt this way and, when she was fourteen, realized she might have the wrong parts after all. The first person she came out to was her completely LGBT supporting friend, Lyndi. Lyndi was ecstatic and cried while she told her soon-to-be guy friend that she would be with her every step of the way. Lyndi asked formerly Janie if she had any idea for a name. Janie hadn't even considered a new name. She asked Lyndi for help and was given many ideas, the ones that caught her eye were Elijah James, Tyler Lee, and Jaxson Lee. She ended up choosing Jaxson Lee, and from that moment on she was a boy and would only accept the male pronouns.
(A/n from now on I will use male pronouns and the name Jaxson)
Jaxson came out to his friends and boyfriend, most of which were very accepting. He decided not to begin testosterone unless things broke off with his boyfriend. He wasn't ready to come out to his parents and wasn't sure when he would be, but he still binder his chest and wore boy's clothes. He began to drop small hints to his parents, but things always crashed and burned. His parents would just go on about how they hate people who make the choice to be transgender. Every time he would find a way to be alone so he could cry out the hate and anger they unknowingly had for him.
One day Jaxson's mom went through his sketchbook and found his transgender pride flag and other LGBT pride things. She didn't say anything to him until he said he wanted to get a more masculine haircut. Then she flipped on him. She said, "No, because you aren't a boy! You're a girl and you always will be! Nothing can change that!" He escaped to the bathroom and cried. When he came out he went straight to the living room and laid in his place on the couch. He contemplated taking all of the pills he could find, but decided not to. For Cy, his boyfriend.
A/n I will update next chance I get. This is the story of my transition, and what happens in my life that relates back to it. All of the people I mention are real, and all of the events have occurred. So I will update when something big happens again.
