We drove past many of our old streets, friends houses, and our own but we found no survivors. I felt so sick, we knew that though it might be rude that it would take to long to bury everyone. We had to leave, or die for the thing that had done this. We got in the car, when everyone else's car was collapsing , and yet ours worked perfectly. I doubt that that was an accident.

We drove off without another thought, because after the fact of all of our family, and friends feeling the pain of a slow unknowing death. We were headed to New York, because it was a highly populated place, and hopefully if it were to happen again we could find out where it was all coming from. We knew that we probably couldnt do anything to stop whatever was causing the world to bend, break, and shatter quickly, and secretly. However, it seems that whatever was was causing the chaos didnt want to hurt Adam, and I for whatever reason.

When we finally passed the sign saying that we were arriving in New York it seemed like night and day. Just before the sign was a colorful city filled with neon lights, but behind the sign was turmoil and anarchy.
