Blossoms POV:
"Nicole how many years till we graduate high school?" I asked Nicole.
"Well my ill fated BFF we still have 5 years," replied Nicole in her usual matter-of-fact tone.
"Ugh! I can't take one more year of the Selene's insults, much less five! So what I'm part wolf! It's not fair!" I complained to Nicole.
Nicole's POV:
"You don't have too complain so much, I think your, ahem, abnormality is what makes you how you are!" I try to stay positive with Blossom but it gets tough at times. I get where she's coming from endless teasing is rough.
"How do you stay so positive about Selene and the Wannabes?! if I could I launch them into space with no food! And put a camera in the rocket to see who eats who." Said blossom.
"You can be seriously dark about things."
Third person POV:
Blossom walked home from school that day. She always wanted to avoid the bus. The seats were very uncomfortable with her having a tail, and everyone would poke at her ears.
"Mom, I'm home," Blossom yelled up the stairs of her and her moms little apartment.
"Ah good honey! I have some amazing news! I found a club at the rec center for people like you!" Canis said excitedly.
"People like me... As in children of the stars?! There's more?!"
"Yep it's tonight at seven! Want me to drive you?"
" No duh mom!"

Blossoms POV:
"So any new developments at school?" Asked mom.
"Selene is still a b&#*% but I wouldn't call that new."
"BLOSSOM CANIS WILTING we do not use that kind of language!" Yelled mom.
"What? yes we do, all the time! Have you been reading those parenting books again?" I asked in shock,"Anyway I skipped last period and just sat under the cottonwood tree with Nicole." My mom and I are more like best friends than mother and daughter.
"Ooooo! I totally ship it!"
"Hold up! Did you just say 'I ship it' in the right context?! MOM IM SO PROUD!" I yelled, " but no more shipping me and Nicole! I'm pretty sure she doesn't like me like that we are just friends." I twirled my spaghetti for a minute, pondering what I just said. Just friends was I okay with settling with just friends? I guess so.
"Oh look at the time! 6:45 we should get going!"
