Zelda's POV
~Prologue~
My best friend and I have been friends since we were very little; like baby little. His name is Link, and I love him like he was my own brother. I didn't think that I'd see him in any other way....that is until recently. I think.....I'm falling for him.
Link's POV
Somehow I woke up on the floor, I must've hit my head pretty hard, it kinda hurts. I look up to see my loftwing waiting for me. I noticed he had something in his mouth. I took the object out of his mouth and noticed it was a piece of paper. It was a letter....From Zelda. She had instructed to meet her in front of the statue of the goddess.
I quickly grabbed my things and ran out the door. After eating like 7 stamina fruits I get there. I see her standing there with an instrument of some sort. I didn't recognize it. She was also wearing a really nice outfit.
I walk up to her cautiously and tap her on the shoulder. "Oh boy this can't be good." I thought. She turned around fast, looked at me, and nearly killed me with her bear hug. "What's with you?" I ask her. "Nothin'. Just missed you is all." She smiled. "You say that everyday." I chuckle. "That's because it's true!" She exclaimed. "I missed you too, Zelda." I stated. She looked at me surprised with her face blushed. "What?" I asked. "You never call me Zelda." She shyly smiled. I couldn't get anything out so I just kinda smiled at her. (Great, smart move I know)
She suddenly spoke. "Do you know what today is?" "What day is it?" I asked. She looked at me with a concerned face. "Today is the day of the wing ceremony!" She snapped. "Oh yeah, that's today."
I should've gotten more practice in!
