Introduction

I wake up, it's a normal everyday well, day. I've wondered about exploring the outside but it's illegal, I don't know why. there are wild myths about it, "they are hiding a lab out there" says talkaboutit.com "they live out there because it's better" said mythy.net I just wanna explore. I'm fed up with living in a dome. I go to work as a drone programmer, drones do everything here. we just program them. everything is so dull. "employee #247, report to the boss office please", yep. you heard it, they call us by numbers. I walk into the room, there are no windows because you can only see so far. "#247, you're fired" said the boss. I had a heart attack! the only jobs around were drone programmers and they were the only employers! Months later I was a day from starving to death. then a glowing dot popped into existence. I wasn't sure if it were my severe dehydration or if it was real. "Alex, Alex you are our last hope Alex!" said the fairy in a wispy tone. "every hundred years, a guardian is born, their job is to fix the planet if things go awry, usually their powers are suppressed because there is no real need, but now there is, and YOU are that guardian!". I was shocked, no words could describe my feelings.
