It was dark out and Thunder was fast asleep. I couldn't sleep. Thunder invited me, complete stranger, to his house and he thinks that I'm his 'friend'. I wasn't anybody's friend. I'm just someone who needs attention. How could anyone possibly love me? Thunder muttered something in his sleep. He's been doing that for hours now. I got up and sighed. I'm sure Thunder wouldn't mind if I took a little walk, I thought. I walked out of the cave and into the tall grass. Suddenly, I heard shouts near me. I froze. Is that a trainer? I thought. I didn't want to find out. I ran home and curled into a ball in the corner until morning arrived.
