You were a bit shocked by it, of course it didn't mean anything special. He's just sitting next you. Although, you guys ARE pretty much all alone so of course you guys would sit next to each other I mean COME ON. Then all of a sudden he puts his arm around your shoulder. Weird, but you deny the fact that it means anything more than friends. Like, come on man you guys just became friends yesterday!
You begin to blush a bit, and hope that he won't notice. You guys just sit there like that for a bit and watch the movie because you don't know what to do. What came off guard was- SLAM! Murdoc busts into the room and 2-D jumps. His arm that was just around you, immediately flew back to his side as he flinched.
