Arizona made her way into Joe's with her best friend, April Kepner by her side. The duo were looking for some fun, seeing as April was freshly divorced and Arizona, knowing what her friend was going through, wanted to cheer her up. They both got drinks and sat down at a table to talk.

"So, anyone new in Arizona Robbins life?" April teased at her best friend.

"Actually no, there isn't." The blonde replied, rolling her eyes playfully at the other woman.

"You need to get out there Arizona! Find someone who cares for you!" April stated, taking a sip of her drink.

"I just don't know if I'm ready yet." Arizona spoke back, diverting her gaze to the glass in her hands.

"You and Lily have been divorced for two years, you need to get yourself back out there." April said softly, laying a hand on her friends.

"I know, I know. You're right, I should get back out there, but I don't know how." The woman spoke, her eyes meeting with her friends.

April sighed, she didn't know how to respond to her friend, so instead she stood up from her seat. "I'm gonna go talk to people, you should to."

Arizona nodded and watched her friend walk away. She let out a frustrated sigh and looked around at all the people in the bar. Her eyes landed on one woman who was absolutely beautiful. Her dark hair fell loosely around her face and she wore jeans that fit her perfectly, she was stunning.

The blonde found herself staring, that is, until the other woman's chocolate eyes found her baby blues. Arizona quickly looked away, glancing down at her hands again.

A few minutes later the same woman was sitting across from Arizona, a bright smile playing on her lips. "Hi, I'm Callie."

Arizona's eyes flickered up to once again meet the chocolate ones. "Arizona." She spoke softly, smiling back at the woman in front of her.

"It's nice to meet you Arizona, can I uh- buy you another drink?" The dark haired woman asked, smiling at the blonde.

"Sure." Arizona smiled, her eyes for the third time tonight meeting her hands. Callie took note of that, she found it adorable.

The two talked for hours, getting to know each other. When 2 am rolled around Arizona stated that she had to go home and get some rest. The two women exchanged cell phone numbers and went their separate ways.

The whole car ride home all Arizona could think about was Callie, and how mesmerizing she was. The blonde found herself smiling at the thought of Callie.
