Prompt: Lily wants to make strawberry pancakes for her and Sarah.
"Good morning, baby," Lily said, Sarah's eyes fluttering open.
Sarah groaned in response, putting her hands on Lily's hips and pulling her closer, holding her.
"Do you want pancakes?"
"Yes, Pancake," Sarah responded, leaning over and kissing Lily's soft lips.
"No, real ones!"
"No, I want you to lay here and let me hold you."
"Sarah, the only thing I ate last night is you, and even though you taste good, you're not very filling. I'm fuckin' hungry." Lily's stomach growled.
"Fine."
Lily stood up in her underwear and t-shirt.
"Piggy back ride," she heard from behind her.
Lily rolled her eyes and walked over to Sarah, crouching down in front of her so Sarah could get on her back.
Sarah held Lily tightly, all the way down to the kitchen. Lily put her down, but Sarah didn't let go. Instead, she snaked her arms from around Lily's neck, down to her waist.
Lily turned her head to look at Sarah.
"Really?"
"What?"
"Can I make pancakes?"
"Yeah baby, go ahead."
Lily reached up in the cabinet to get the pancake mix down. She bent over to get a pan in the lower cabinet. Sarah was still firmly attached to her waist.
Lily got out strawberries, and after washing them, picked the biggest, brightest one and brought it to her lips.
As soon as she went to bite, Sarah started kissing her neck. She jumped, startled, and dropped the strawberry.
Lily huffed. "Sarah, I love you, but please-"
"I'm not doing anything wrong! Am I not allowed to kiss my beautiful girlfriend?" Sarah protested.
Lily rolled her eyes. She made the pancakes for her and Sarah, with fresh, cut-up strawberries mixed into the tan batter.
When it was finished, Lily made a plate for each of them, and poured two cups of orange juice. She put everything on the table and looked at Sarah. Sarah pulled her back and sat on one of the big kitchen chairs, lifting Lily onto her lap.
One arm still hugging Lily's waist, Sarah picked up her fork and began to eat. Lily did the same. She then turned to look at Sarah.
"I'm never waking you up for pancakes again."
Sarah just smirked.
