Adelaide Horowitz had a good life, to be perfectly honest with you. This isn't a story where a girl has an abusive relationship and gets saved or has a horrible past, no. This is just a retold tale of one single girl out of billions in the midst of an undiscovered parallel universe where you receive a watch on the inside of your wrist at 12.00 the night you turn 18. She leads a relatively normal life, living in the suburbs of God who knows where, with her family. The family consisted of her mother and father, James and Lily Horowitz *Eh, Eh? Harry Potter reference..? no.. okay.. i'll go now..*, and her two siblings, her twin brother Jeremiah and older sister Emelia. They were a happy family and Adelaide was always that one child who made everything just that much better and brighter. This is her story...

Thank you so much for reading the first (REALLY SHORT) chapter of my shortstory, Soulmates! I know this isn't much, but let me tell you.. I wrote this in a notebook and it was WAYYY too long to be interesting, so I shortened it a little. The other two or three chapters won't be this short, I promise. The conclusion probably will be though, just warning you.
