The One Gift

Prologue

Let's start with something simple, an introduction per se. Let's start with what a story needs, a setting.

Let's put us in, a kingdom. Yes, that seems about right. A kingdom, with other kingdoms around it. About six other kingdoms. Our first one, is called Stadding. He's just over in the left hand corner, you see the one with the birds drawn inside? Yes, that one. The next one, just below Stadding with the swirling designs, is Paxington. Diagonal to Paxington, is Torin. The one with x's is Torin. Next, we have Brodten. The one area filled with arrows pointing upwards. Just below Brodten, is Axel. She's a small kingdom, but she is a beautiful place. In the middle, we have Pasel, one of the most important kingdoms. Finally, we have the last kingdom, Riveria. Now this one, is not near the others, she's an island, about fifty miles from the shore of Stadding heading southwest.

Now, let's take apart each kingdom. Starting with, Paxington, also known as 'Pax'. Pax, a kingdom ruler by Queen Astelle. Queen Astelle is- you know what, why don't I just do a simple data analysis, shall we?

Name: Queen Astelle Viran

Age: Twenty-nine

Hair Colour: Black, usually done up in a royal bun

Eye Colour: Violet

Personality: A kind soul with morals based around her people.

Family: Husband, King Peter, died of illness three years ago. Parents are dead. She has two children, twins. Princess Raley and Prince Lucan.

Birthday: October 24

There. Now that Queen Astelle is introduced, let's get back to Pax. Pax is known commonly for the fabrics his fields produce. From cotton silk to oyster plen. Pax is also known for his peace and prosperity. Though he was one of the kingdoms that took the most damage during the war, Pax had got back on his feet easily.

Next, let's do Torin. Torin is also known as 'Xtrodinary'. Why? Well, during the war, Torin was used as an enemy safe grounds. She was the headquarters for the enemy's on the maps for attack, x's were placed on every location of a main cabin. Which is why Torin has x's everywhere. Though Torin was a battleground for the enemy, she has held through and helped defeat the enemy. Torin is also known for the ground toles. Ground toles are not an animal or a person. They are certain parts of the land that move and curve when evil is detected. They move as though they are swallowing up the evil. Torin is ruled by King Arodote.

Age: Twenty-two

Hair Colour: Dark brown, always combed back

Eye Colour: Dark green

Personality: Quiet, not a man of many words, but when he does speak, it's very proper and to the point

Family: Parents died in the war while his sister, Claira, is terribly sick with an unknown illness, not married

Birthday: April 7

Next, we have Stadding. Stadding was one of the kingdoms used just for making weapons during the war. Stadding is also known as 'Mountain City'. The reason why, is because he is filled with mountains that produce the rarest of metals and jewels. Many swords were made from the stone in the mountains and they were one of our many advantages to how we won the war. Sadding is the main kingdom that supplies the other kingdoms with weapons for hunting, furniture and jewelery. Sadding is run by Princess Brittle.

Name: Princess Brittle Anne Taylor

Age: Twelve

Hair Colour: Auburn, usually in a ponytail

Eye Colour: Deep sea blue

Personality: Shy, ignorant, greiving for the sudden loss of her parents

Family: Parents have recently been killed in a raid of Shorks, only child

Birthday: June 8

Brodten, also known as 'The Forest' for his many trees and forestlands. He was the one training ground the kingdoms had to train they warriors where the enemy couldn't find them. Brodten is filled with his natural fog called 'Disperenta'. The fog covers things that want to be hidden, but cannot be healthy if inhaled for too long. The fog helped reduce the numbers of the enemy when they went on hunts. Brodten is overseen by Queen Lavender.

Name: Queen Lavender Van Tassel

Age: Fourty-seven

Hair Colour: Dark red, normally braided into a bun

Eye Colour: Silver

Personality: Cold, dominant, very strict when it comes to ruling a kingdom

Family: Parents are dead due to war, husband died also in war, three children, Princess Dawn, Prince Samrise, and Prince Sands

Birthday: November 18

Riveria. 'The Lonely Island' is her common name. Riveria is the only kingdom that recieved zero damage during the war. Riveria was used to raid ships coming from the enemy lands, and find out the plans for the enemy. Riveria is the reason we all knew where to find the enemy's hidden location in the final battle. Riveria is a land now used as a resort, a place to heal and relax. She trades the fruits of her land for the jewels and metal in Sadding. Riveria is ruled by King Nlacj.

Age: Fiffty-Seven

Hair Colour: Grey

Eye Colour: Brown

Personality: Kind, Conservitive, Caring

Family: Married to Queen Elisa, two sons and one daughter, Princess Anna, Prince Semlin, and Prince Juosen

Birthday: June 18

Now, we have Axel. Mostly known as 'Olruo' because of the founder of Axel. Axel is a small land, but filled with beautiful sights from waterfalls, to meadows of disays. Axel was used in the war as refugee for the villagers who couldn't fight during the war. Spells were casted to ensure their protection no matter what. Axel is ruled by Prince Botas.

Name: Prince Botas John Luke Saewise

Age: Twenty-four

Hair Colour: Golden blonde

Eye Colour: Green

Personality: Bubbly, joyful, kind, thoughtful, smart

Family: Parents passed away during war, little sister Princess Kasta Angel XVI

Birthday: March 7

And finally, we have Pasel. Also known as 'Warring' for Pasel was the main Head Quarters for where the attacks on the enemy were decided. Pasel is the biggest Kingdom with valleys and rivers with beautiful creatures, from Staltions all the way to spinders. Pasel is ruled by Queen Blue.

Age: Thirty-nine

Hair Colour: Black

Eye Colour: Grey

Personality: Kind, caring, motherly, stern when need be, and very gentle

Family: Husband died in war, one child, Prince Orias

Birthday: April 29

Now that we have the setting mostly installed, let us get into our story, starting, with our main character.
