"What?" I exclaimed. "Honey, I'm sorry. I didn't tell you." (First N.) cried. I didn't want to say a word, I didn't want to say anything, wrong words right now would break her heart, but I couldn't say right words about this information, it just needed to process it. "I need to think about this." I finally said swiftly walking into my room.
3 hours:
I open my door and finally come out. "(First N.), I thought of it... and I've decided to stay by your side while we raise our child. That's my final decision. When is it due?" I asked. (First N.) gave me a hug before whispering into my ear. "In 2 weeks." 2 weeks? Wow this was a lot of news to take in in one day.
2 weeks later...
(First N.)'s belly hurts and needs food. I comfort her next to the bed. She was crying little tears. "What's wrong?" I asked. "I thought you were going to leave me." (First N.) cried. She sat up and I hugged her.
"Your to important for me to lose. I never want to see your heart broken, lass." I whispered, softly rubbing her cheek. "I'm just happy I'm with you." She said, leaning into my hand. "I'm happy too." I said, pecking her on the lips.
