The figure would slowly being to make its way on to the field of battle. It walks slowly down the hall covered by the shadows. The sound of hollow metal shoe clinking against stone would echo into the arena with every step it took. "Clank....clank......clank". The spectators could hear as the figure neared the entrance. As it inches closer and closer to the entrance it's broad shoulders would become noticeable. These were the shoulders of a male. As the five foot ten inch figure steps on to the sand covered battlefield and into the light of the arena his appearance became clear. His short blonde hair which was draped just past his thin eyebrows would flow back in the light wind. His blue eyes would look left then right as he observes his surroundings. He would see about thirty feet to his left as well as to his right there was a stone wall just about twenty five feet tall. About thirty feet directly across from him would be a second entrance where his opponent was destined to emerge from. He tilts his head back slightly as to look up at the stands filled with the spectators who waited the upcoming battle. The sky goes grey as the clouds begin to cover the sun just before letting down a few drops of rain to begin the light drizzle. "Ping ping ping" He hears as the rain drops fall onto his metal chest plate. Crafted of steel and lined with kevlar the totality of depth being only that of a half inch. He smiled fearful of the upcoming battle yet confident in his light weight chest plate to protect him from vital strikes. The armor was light only allowing weighing about four or five pounds allowing him to move freely. Across the left chest of his chest plate was engraved the name "Asher". Under this chest plate Asher wore a chainmail undergarment forged of tungsten for extra protection. The shirt add only a pound or two of extra weight he was confident it wouldn't hinder his speed much, whilst yet protecting him from most that may penetrate that of his trusted breast plate. He lets out a sigh as he awaits his opponent. The warm are visible as it escaped his lips due to the dropping of temperature. One would say the temperature now was around forty seven degrees fahrenheit. He looks down at his feet that wore matching metal boots forged from cast iron perfectly fitting his size eight feet. The boots added a extra two or three pounds to his weight and extends upward his shin ending just an a few as in three inches below the begining of his knees. He takes less than a second to let out a soft breath of air as he noticed the wet sand which had now coated his boots. His tan wool pants would be tucked neatly into the top of these boots. The front of these pants covered by his greaves which had been made of the same material as his chest plate. Asher grins and raises his right hand wrapping his fingers around the hilt of his sword which graced his back. His hand would only cover about half of the eight inch handle. He slowly unsheathes the blade revealing all two and a half feet (fifty four inches) of the steel blade. The blade would only be an two inches wide (from edge to edge) and but a four centimeters thick in the center only getting smaller as it goes out towards the edges (the sword is duel edged). He brings his gaze upwards from his feet and towards the entrance across from him as he waits for his opponent. He spreads his feet apart at shoulder width staying balanced on the balls of his feet to allow for quick movement and reaction. His right foot would be just a few inches ahead of his left in order to keep balance when taking a strike. The sword which was now in his right hand would be held at a diagonal angle in such a way that the blade covered his body. His left hand would be open held near his chest ready to be used as an extra defence. He takes long deep breaths in through his nose and out through his mouth as to keep himself calm and make the best use of his breathing as to keep up with his stamina. The fairly young man was confident in his abilities to carry hin through this battle as it had done for so many years. Not being very special, at least not in his own eyes, asher had only two abilites. Beware for these two abilities made him quite the advesary. The first of said abilities was that of his Aura. His aura was quite fearsome as it emitted outward of his body quickly covering a fifteen foot radius with ease. Only taking a half second if that to cover the area, once in Ashers aura one would almost instantly feel
the affects of vertigo and delirium. Just a few short seconds later (five) the subject shall experience abdominal pains, vomiting and diarrhea. If a total of ten seconds shall mass the being(s) within the aura would begin to suffer from dehydration as Hemolysis began to set course. All of this had been due to large amounts of arsenic which had seeped through Ashers pours and out through his Aura. Asher would not be effected by the toxin in his own aura due to the fact he was born with a high tolerance for arsenic making him nearly immune to it's effects. With that being said his aura was always in use seeing as the definition of the word. It was not visible yet gave no scent other tgan his natural body odor. He second ability was a spell/incantation known only as battlecry. This ability was activated simply by speaking the word. Once activated Asher would be graced for A short period of time (two turns), his base abilities such as strength, speed, stamina and reflexes would all be doubled. His attributes already being that of 'peak' human. (based off of best to ever be actually recorded ex.usain bolts running speed of 28mph. None of that comic book shit or speculation ex. Batman running at the speed of 40mph.)  Once the grace period was finished he would have to wait another short period before using the ability again (2 post). That was not the only down side, Asher could only use this ability up to 3 times throughout a battle. With all That said Asher continued to wait for his opponent to make an entrance. He was sure whoever it was to enter would be doing nothing short of committing suicide.
