Chapter 20 wooo it felt like I only started this book yesterday also I am writing this in the car

Storms pov:

Its been about two weeks since we saw doctor d and well to say that the number of killjoys have grown is an understatement there was a lot of new recruits

Basically people found out about us and joined us previous killjoy's siblings and children

Today there is going to be a little celebration its doctor d's birthday so many killjoys are meeting in zone 4 and celebrating his birthday with music and colour

Sing was blasting through the huge speakers

As we all dance sing and throw around the coloured powder

Although everyone what happy and having fun we were all on edge

Over the past week dracs have been spotted around they have been trying to take us down but we have been working together to help stand a chance

We dont know where their base is or how they are getting so many dracs

But we will find out eventually

Suddenly a cloud of powder hit me in the face followed by giggles

Frank

Once the cloud dissappears I saw him doubled over laughing

He was covered in multiple colours from yellow to a dark blue

I grabbed a huge hand full of pink ready to throw it at him

When he looks up and notices the powder in my hand and dissapered into the crowd as I chased after him

After minutes of chasing him we get to an empty part of the party

I jumped on his back dumping the pink powder on his head

"No fair" he moaned

"Yeah it is you threw it in-"

He suddenly put his hand over my mouth stopping me mid sentence

He cupped his hand over his ear signalling me to listen

"Ghoul there is no sou-" my sentence was again cut short but not by frank but by a rustling in the bushes

My hand automatically going to my gun

A head pops over the bushes

It was a killjoy

As he walked out of the bushes a rather embarrassed girl walks after him

Franks face was priceless

"Come on lets get back to the party"

Once we arrive back I notice my dad walking on stage

"Thank you all for coming tonight, we are hear celebrating doctor death defyings birth-"

He was cut off by the sounds of shots

"DRACS"

I notice Mikey and ray look at us then my dad who nods at us all

We all began to run where the voice cam from

About thirty dracs stood fighting a small group of killjoys

I pulled out my gun and began to shoot

Lasers were shooting in every direction

Only five dracs remained thats when I noticed something in the trees watching us
