Moving

"Teresa! Dad wants us!" My twin sister Molly called. "Coming!" I lived in the beautiful city of Dallas, Texas.

I dashed downstairs and said, "Yes dad?" My dad sighed and said, "Girls, I know you love living here but I'm sorry we have to move." "What?! Why?" Me and Molly shouted. "My job. They are relocating me to Canada." I was mad. "Girls one more thing. I found a women who was willing to let us live with her." "Who is it?" "Her name is Karen Mendes. And she has a son named Shawn. He is a singer I think." That made me scream. Molly sighed. "He's okay. Why can't we moved to Australia?" I chuckled. My twin was obsessed with an Australian band called 5 Seconds of Summer. "Can I call Kaitlyn?" My dad nodded and I ran out the room.

"I still can't believe that you are moving into the same house as Shawn Mendes!" My best friend, Kaitlyn said happily. We both loved Shawn Mendes. "I'm going to miss you so much, though Kat." Kaitlyn sighed. "I am going to miss you too Resa." We hugged. "Now let's get you packed.

Three weeks later, the three of us left Dallas and headed to Canada. For the whole trip, I listened to Shawn Mendes.

"Dad? Can we take a pitstop? I am a little hungry." I asked. He nodded. My dad was turning off the exit when his phone rang. I plugged my ear buds back in. I was so excited that I would be able to meet my favorite singer.

About 15 hours later, we pulled into a driveway. I grabbed by stuff and got out of the truck. I didn't get very far before bumping into someone. My phone dropped out of my hand. "I am so sorry!" A very familiar voice said. I looked up and saw Shawn. "I-it's okay." He picked up my phone and smiled. "I'm guessing you are a fan?" I smiled and nodded. "I'm Teresa." We shook hands. "Would you like to come inside." "Sure!" He grabbed my suitcases and we went inside.

I met his sister, Aaliyah, and his parents. "So, Teresa, tell me about yourself." Shawn said as we were in my new room. "Well, I'm a senior in High school. I am actually a nerd." He chuckled at that. "That's really it, I'm not really much of a social person." We smiled at each other. "Shawn! Aaliyah needs to go to soccer practice, can you drive her?" "Sure, Dad!" Shawn replied. "I have to go but we can talk later." He shot me one last smile before leaving.

There we go! First chapter is up. This is sucky but oh well.  I am not really good at this so don't expect good chapters.
