The Dream

Evan's P.O.V

I sat down on my leather couch, and turned the TV on. My head fell back helplessly on the couch. I took a deep breath as I listen to the news that was reporting a clown sighting near my area. I didn't pay much attention to the news as I slowly drifted to sleep.

I woke up to an uncomfortable pain in my neck. I looked around, not knowing where I was. I wasn't on my couch anymore. I wasn't even at my house. I tried moving my hands, but they were tightly tied up. I looked down and noticed my feet were tied as well.

''H-hello?'' I managed to speak. The lights above me flickered on. I squinted trying to get used to the light .

''Ah. You're awake.'' I heard a voice from behind me. My heart started to race when I realized I wasn't alone.

''Who the hell are you?'' I spoke up grinding my teeth. The man didn't speak.

''Show your self!'' I yelled in the dark room. After a moment I heard foot steps walk slowly from behind me. I took deep breaths as I waited. I felt a cold touch against my skin. I shivered and looked behind me too see what it was. It's body figure looked like a man. He had a bloody light blue hoodie with dark ripped up jeans. He wore a mask with red stripes that looked like blood smeared on his mask, like a Jason mask. I turned my head back forward, and the man walked in front of me. He squatted down in front of me, and looked directly in to my eyes. My eyes met his icy blue eyes. The man tilted his head,

''You look lonely and scared'' the man said as if he was trying to make me feel worse.

''Who do you think you are?'' I had anger in my voice. I just wanted to go home.

''You know who I am Evan'' the man said, pushing himself up. He started to walk around me.

''How do you know my name?'' I stared him down as he went around me the first time. He chuckled to himself then spoke,

''I'm the only friend you got. No one is here but me. You need me Evan.'' He stopped in front of me and pulled something out of his pocket. I started to panic 'He's going to hurt me! ' I thought to myself. He walked closer to me and sat on my lap with my legs between his. The man laughed violently and pulled a knife out and held it to my neck. He leaned in closer to me. I immediately stopped breathing in fear of what he might do to me. He whispered in my ear

''Delirious... H2O Delirious...'' shivers were sent down my spine. As he backed away, I began to breathe again. The man was still sitting on my lap. He gently place his hand under my chin, and lifted it up. ''Remember my name'' he spoke in a whisper.

He removed the knife away from my neck. The man got off me and went behind me. I could not speak, I could only whimper in fear. It felt as if my voice was taken way.

Masked Man P.O.V.

''This will only take a second'' I said as he whimpered to my final words. I slid the knife deeply and quickly into his neck, and slid the knife back out. Blood began spurting out from his neck. I saw a shadowy figure out of the corner of my eye. I stayed still, making it seem like I didn't see it.

It was silent. I looked up from the body that I 'murdered'. The lights flickered off as I slowly walked away from Evan. Someone was here with me, and I was going to find out who it was.

"How does it feel to be watched." I turned to the direction of the voice and spoke to it.

"What are doing here." I asked unfriendly.

"A simple 'hello' would be nice." the man spoke. 'Two can play that game' I thought to myself

"Oh, right" I chuckled to myself.

"Where are my manners? Welcome to my Dream Dungeon, where all your dreams come to life. Even when you think your awake." I walked back to Evan's dead corpse and there appeared two more chairs and a small table.

"Lets chat for a while" I invited as the man walked towards Evan and I.

Again, the lights flickered on, revealing Tyler from the dark room.

"Oh what a surprise" I laughed sarcastically. Tyler looked at Evan, then at me.

"What did you do to him Johnathan" Tyler scold at me.

"He dreamed to be dead." I let the silence sink in then broke it.

"He dreamed to be killed by someone he loved." I turned to look at Evan's lifeless body.

"He wont forget this Johnathan." Tyler remarked, and formed a fist with his hands. I stood up and walked towards Tyler, he backed up, still looking at me.

"He never loved you." I said harshly.

"Shut up!" Tyler practically screamed through his teeth.

"Face it Tyler. When he wakes up, he's going to never want to hear from you again" I told him with no emotion in my eyes. Tyler's dark green eyes started to form tears as he loosen his hands.

"You're right" Tyler admitted and faded away. I looked at Evan, as he faded away as well as the room did.

Evan's P.O.V.

I shot up from where I was laying. My head pounded and heart raced. I was on a white hospital bed with wires connected onto me. A nurse opened a door and walked in with someone following her.

"Oh just in time" the nurse smiled. A man with a blue hoodie on and tan pants walked in and shut the door. He turned to face me,

"Evan, you're okay." he sounded relieved then rushed to hug me.

"You must be hungry, I'll go get you some lunch," the nurse left the room, leaving the door cracked open.

"W-what happen to me?" I stuttered.

"You went through a coma, but you're awake now. You've been out for a week." He looked worried about something, but Evan brushed it off.

"I had a weird dream when I was in a that coma. You and Tyler were in it." I kept my voice calm. Johnathan's face got bright pink.

"What happen?" Johnathan asked, he stood up and pulled a chair over near the bed I was sitting up in and sat down. I told him what happen, leaving the part where Johnathan told Tyler about how I loved him. But I myself didn't know if I liked Johnathan or not. He's just a friend, nothing more. It was only a dream.
