Hey guys! I don't know how many of you guys read these but, I hope you do lol. This is the first story I've ever thought of publishing here on Wattpad. So I'd like to apologize in advance if there are any grammar/spelling or any type of error you may find while reading. I know that most of you (including myself) do not like waiting weeks for an author to update their story, so I'll make sure of it that I won't leave y'all hanging. And if any one of you out there is a really good writer, mind giving me a few tips? Anyway enough with that, enjoy the story. And don't forget to vote.   (:

"Louis! Hurry up you don't want to leave your date waiting." My roommate Samantha yells from downstairs. I hastily put my navy blue blazer on and slip on my fancy shoes. I mean why not right? It is a fancy date.

"Your're going to be late!" She yells again. I take that as my sign to leave. "Sam, you look more worried than I am." I laugh once I'm down the stairs.

"Well, how do you expect me not to. My baby is going a date!" She shrieks. Sam is like a mom, a sister, and a friend to me, she's been everything to me for the last 2 years. And I couldn't be more grateful to have her in my life, especially in nerve racking times like these.

"Alright, I think I'm ready." I say nervously.

"I think your ready too. Go get em tiger." She laughs while playfully punching my shoulder.

With that, I walk to my car, start the engine, and type in the address that Aaron gave me.

Aaron is a really good looking, smart, sweet, and funny guy that works in the same office as I do. I was surprised when he even asked me out to dinner. I'm more than positive that my jaw dropped to the floor that morning when he asked me. But knowing myself, I said yes faster than a buzzer beater.

I stopped driving once the GPS said, "You have reached your destination". Why am I even nervous? Oh, that's right I haven't dated a guy in like 200 years.

I look up and see a fancy name of some fancy restaurant, and I wonder if this is the actual place from the address Aaron gave me. How the hell does he have all this money, when we both work at that shit work place?

"Welcome sir, may I get your name please?" The lady behind the podium says once I get inside.

"Louis. Louis Tomlinson."

"Great, your name is right here. Just follow me this way." She says as she swiftly goes through tables and other waiters.

"Would you like any drinks Mr.Tomlinson."

"Sure, may I get red wine please." I say politely. And with that the lady leaves to get the wine I ordered. He isn't here yet, just peachy. He's probably running late or something came up.

Three minutes later, the waitress; Julie, I think her name is, comes back with a bottle of wine and a glass.

"Would you like to order now?" She questions while pouring.

"Uh, not right now. I'm waiting for someone."

"Okay, I'll come back in a few to ask again."

While I wait for Aaron's arrival, Sam and I text back and forth. After about 20 minutes she declares that she has to go to bed early for some work interview, and so I decide to play some stupid game on my phone.

Constantly, Julie keeps coming back to see if I was ready to order and I felt kinda sad because I kept having to tell her no.

I'm starting to regret ever saying yes. It's almost been at least 45 minutes and still not a call or text explaining his absence. People are starting to give me this apologetic look like, "Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry that you got stood up."

He should have never asked me out, if he just wasn't going to come. Who the hell does that? Just ask a person out and then don't come.

"May I get the bill please." I tell Julie once she's back. She comes back with the bill and I pay for literally like 6 glasses of wine I've drank.

Just as I'm about to leave I feel a few taps on my shoulder, and I wonder if I forgot anything for second until I'm face-to-face with a very tall, green eyed man.

"I'm sorry I'm late babe." The stranger says loudly. Uhm... What? He goes to my cheek as if he's about to kiss it. "Just go along with it, yea" He whispers in my ear. I smile after finally realizing what was going on.

I sit back down where I was seated before, but this time with a attractive guy sitting across from me.

"I'm sorry, that I just randomly did that. But I've noticed that you've been sitting here a alone, and by the looks that people were giving you, it looked like that douche of a person you were waiting forever for didn't show up." He says.

"Well yeah. But wait a minute... You were watching me?"

"Uh, yeah. Well.. Kinda. I just couldn't stop looking at you." He says smiling, making his dimple show. And I bet my face is as red as a tomato.

We talk a lot during our dinner and laugh about the silliest of things until the restaurant was going to close.

"I had a really nice time with you..." I pause for a moment, after realizing that I have no idea what his name is.

"Harry. Harry Styles." He says.

"Well Harry, thanks for saving me back there." I smile.

We talk for a few more minutes and then we finally depart, but before we did we exchanged numbers then we bid each other goodbye.

As I drove back home I thought about Harry and how sweet he was. He didn't have to do what he did back there. But he did anyway, and that made me like him even more.

I silently walk inside my apartment, trying my hardest not to wake Sam up. I reach my room and take off these uncomfortable clothes and change into a t-shirt and leave my boxers on. Finally, as I start to drift off into the darkness, I dream of the tall, long brown haired, green eyed guy named Harry Styles. And I couldn't be happier that Aaron stood me up, because if he didn't, I wouldn't have met him.
