His house was a beacon of light. He pulled into his drive and faced me.

"Just warning; the house is a bit of a wreck, party planning just ruins the feng shui."

I laughed. He smiled at me, brown eyes dancing. He leaned over the console, waiting. I met his lips with a smile, a breezy ray of sun on his rose petal lips. He was beaming brightly to. We hurried up to his porch, the cold snapping at our heels. The foyer looked like it had dropped out of Sakks. A massive white Christmas trees strung with gold and tiny warm lights was amassed near the doorway. The marble floors seemed even more pristine and the granite fireplace crackled. In the kitchen there sat rows of neatly staked boxes labeled for tomorrow. The counter tops were adorned with intricately folded red and black napkins. His house did not feel like a home. I stood in front of the fire while he bustled about in the kitchen.

"Do you need anything?"

He said poking his head around the corner. I shook my head. He dipped away. I went to sit in the living room but was met with a very stiff leather couch. I perched on the edge.

"I know that couch sucks, no one ever sits on it."

"I couldn't have told."

He was motioning me to come with him, follow his lead up the stairs. My heart clamored with excitement. He took my bag and placed it in his room, but quickly closed the door. He took my hand and pulled me down the hall. A large set of double doors blocked our path. He pushed them open to reveal a large theater room. It had a wide projector screen mounted to the wall and plush velvety love seats were sat on risers to the sides. Shelves and shelves crammed with movies were partially hidden by large vintage movie posters that doubled as hideaway doors. There was a well endowed bar in the corner and two pool tables between it. He lead me to a spiral staircase in the corner, with warm Amber lights glowing up through the floor.

"No movies tonight?"

He smiled.

"I figured we could do something a little more warm."

I followed him down the twisting stairs, the faint smell of chlorine floating in the air. We landed on a limestone deck, a large in ground pool near by. In a secluded corner was a hot tub. He walked up to the wall behind the hot tub and pressed a few buttons on the touch panel. The hot tub came gurgling to life, it's jets bubbling. I smiled at him.

"If I had known you wanted to take a dip I would have brought trunks."

He gave me a sly smirk.

"Who needs trunks."

He undid his jeans, dropping them to the warm tiled floor. His shirt was the next to go, it landing in a crumpled heap on the ground. He shimmied out of his boxers, locking his eyes on me, and then climbed into the steaming water. He looked at me over the side of the tub.

"You getting in or what?"

I smiled. Quickly, I stripped down and let myself submerse into the tingly warm water. It was heavenly. He was sitting low in the water, it up to his chin. He grabbed my arm and pulled me close to him, his arm coming around my waist. His lips brushed my jaw, fingers tightening on my side.

"What if someone is home?"

"So what?"

He said between kisses.

"They won't bother us."

I wrapped my arms around him and put my cheek to his chest. I felt his hand come to rest on my back.

"Hi."

He whispered.

"Hi"
