It's Monday morning and Tara had to get ready for her first day at her new school." Mom, I'm not ready to start this new school",said Tara. Tara's mom shakes her head. "I'm not letting you stay home", said her mom. Tara feels mad because she had to leave her best friend Zoe back at her old school, so it's kinda hard for her. "I know this is supposed to be better for me but, I miss my old school",said Tara. Then she gets out the car and heads to her classroom. " This Tara, our new student", said Tara's teacher". The girls at the back table giggle as Tara walks to her seat. " She walks funny" ,said Marcy. "That's because she's a freak", said Lola. Tara is starting to tear up. "Is everything okay Tara"?,asked her teacher. Tara shakes her head yes. Deep in side Tara feel like she was going to cry, but she didn't cry because she a new friend named Crystal.
