SECRETARY: (tinawagan ang extension ni David)Sir, the CEO would like to see you in his office.

DAVID: Bakit daw? Ok just let my dad know I'm on my way.

SECRETARY: Ok sir!

...sa loob ng opisina ng CEO

..kumatok sa pintuan si David

CEO: Come on in!

DAVID: Dad, pinapatawag nyo daw ako?

CEO: Yes iho! I would like to speak to you about one of your clients.

DAVID: (na curious bigla) One of my clients? Sino po dad?

CEO: Oh come on, David! Don't act as if you don't know who I'm talking about.

DAVID: Please dad, enlighted me! I really don't have a clue!

CEO: Well, then I would like to talk to you about Ms. Seron.

DAVID: (nagulat at parang alam na kung bakit yun ang pakay ng ama nya)What about her dad?

CEO: Kamusta ang kaso nya?

DAVID: Ok naman po dad, I just had a meeting with the witnesses earlier also with Ms. Seron. And everything is set for the next hearing.

CEO: That's good! But I would just like to give you a heads up about something.

DAVID: What about?

CEO: I gave Ms. Seron's case to Attorney Reid!He will be handling her case from now on.

DAVID: (nagulat bigla)Whaaat? Why would you that dad?

CEO: Do you really want me to explain it to you? I'm pretty sure you already know why. David, mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ng batas ang magkaroon ng ugnayan ang isang abogado sa kanyang kliyente. And as fas as I am concerned may nakarinig sa usapan ng witness mo at ni Ms. Seron kanina sa may hallway. So I've decided to save you from the humiliation.

DAVID: Dad, this is my case! Why would you just hand it to another lawyer without my consent?

CEO: Magpasalamat ka at ama mo ang CEO ng company na pinagtatrabahuan mo. Kung ibang tao lang iyan, panigurado tinggalan ka na ng lisensya sa pagiging abogado mo.

DAVID: You're being unfair dad!

CEO: Sinabihan ko na si Attorney Reid na tawagan si Ms. Seron to let her know about what's happenning. Para na din alam nya kung bakit hindi ka makakapunta sa mga upcoming hearings ng kaso nya.

DAVID: Is that it? (nagiinit sa galit) Do you have anything else to say? Or baka gusto nyo na din akong tanggalin sa lawfirm ninyo?

CEO: David, iho you may go now!
