Brief History Her mother, María Rino went to Stanford briefly in 2001, and that's where she met Sam Winchester. She dated him briefly, and that resulted in Chelsea's conception.
She was raised with a normal life, and she was unaware of the supernatural. Until her mother was torn apart by a hellhound. When Chelsea was 4, she got seriously ill, and that nearly resulted in Chelsea's death, but María sold her soul for her little girl. María died about a month ago, and Chelsea has been living with a foster family ever since until Child Protective Services can get ahold of her father Sam Winchester, and her Uncle Dean.
