"Beautiful day isn't it ?" Laurence asked me .
We have been friend for 5 years now .. he is a handsome guy . It was obvious he wanted to see me as 'more than friends' but he is to scared to ask and i'm to scared that everything will change . We were sitting at a bench at the Local Park . We did this everytime after school . Normaly we would go home after a half hour but not today.
"Yeah it is . I hope it will stay that way ... summer has just begun. "
"OH MY ! Lace you are saying something positive about summer ! " he smirked at me . And yes my name is Lace short for Lacey. He is the only one that calls me Lace and i began to like it .
"Su--" before i could even finish wind blew away my my hair and i could barely see anything . Sand was blewing in my face and it didn't stop . I wanted to shout but all the sand blew in my mouth so i couldn't breath . My feet almost left the ground because the wind was so heavy . Someone took my hand , i tried to look up to see who . I saw a blurry shape of Laurence with his one hand covered his face .
I saw a blur of a bench almost 'flying' towarts us ,there was no time to dodge so it hit us and everything went black .

So this was the first chapter . Normaly my chapters are a lot longer but i just wanted to give you an idea about what was going on and give a little info about the 2 main characters .
