Josh's pov

I walk back home to go see my girlfriend of nine months, y/n, while scrolling through my social media as I stroll down the street. I almost don't notice it, but then I see that someone photo shopped a picture of me and my ex, Debbie. It's an old picture, but they changed the hair to my current color, which is red.

Y/n's pov

I see the picture of Josh and my eyes instantly fill with tears. I throw my phone across the room and run to the room we share. Or, shared. I grab one of my suitcases and begin packing.

"Y/n I'm home! Baby, where are you?" Josh asks, his footsteps echoing through the house. I scoff and continue to pack.

He stands in the doorway, stopping and looking at me. "Babe, what are you doing?" A single rolls down my face and I sigh.

"Making room for Debbie. I saw the picture, Josh, I'm not stupid." I say quietly, deciding against screaming at him. It's not his fault he fell out of love with me and back into love with her.

"Y/n, that picture is fake. I-I love you; I'd never do that to you." Josh says, taking two giant steps towards me and lightly grabbing my arm.

"It looks pretty real to me!" I say, raising my voice, but not shouting. I pack faster and he pulls out his phone.

"Y/n, why don't you believe me? Look at the picture closely and you'll see that some of the red is on the building behind me. That's from like three years ago, baby." Josh practically shoves the phone in my face.

I cautiously grab the phone, shooting a side-glance at the handsome devil to my right. I stare at the screen and look intently at Josh's pixelated features and feel heat rush to my cheeks. I'm such an idiot!

"Josh, I'm so sorry! I didn't realize the red in the back... I'm the worst girlfriend..." I yell, muttering the last part. I'm so ashamed of myself that more hot tears trail down my freckled cheeks.

"Y/n, princess, you're the best girlfriend ever! You just got scared, I would've done the same thing. We just need to stop believing what we see. Especially if it's on TV. I love you, Y/n, too much to even put into words." Josh begins ranting, fumbling with the chain I bought him that's hanging around his neck. His chocolate orbs look into my y/c/e ones with so much passion and love that I almost tackle him onto the ground when I hug him.

"Y/n, I would never leave you for Debbie. I swear; you're the love of my life. I want to marry you one day, it's my dream." He whispers to me, pecking my lips between every few words.

"I love you too, Josh. That's my dream, too." I say quietly, lightly pressing kisses onto his perfect jawline.

"I'm glad you're mine, y/n. I don't know what'd I do if I wasn't with the best woman in the world." Josh mumbles in my ear.

I blush and hug him tighter, if that was even  possible. "You're the tear in my heart. I love you."

A/N: HOLY POOP SACKS THAT WAS MY FIRST IMAGINE ON WATTPAD! Sorry about that; I hope you loved it because it's one of my best! But... DAMN OVER 500 WORDS! Don't forget to comment and all that stuff. BYE :)
