"Most certainly ones who traverse the ages must leave some mark of passing upon them"

Chapter One - Beginings

In the begining, there was a realization of aspects, be they mundane or not. The two, known best as "Emotion" and "Thought" contrived themselves to the manifest of this slowly expanding plane. As they grew to understand themselves more, one contriving specialized nature and wrath than the other. While in the same notion, the other contrived deeper feeling and respect for others. And in time, life began, a moment of seconds to them, yet a billion years to those inhabiting their chosen planet: Earth.

As they descended to the host of life that they chose, they became the similar form to the men whom proliferated along the planet. And in such, they chose names from the greeks, their chosen people to begin with. Psi and Phi where born at that time, though at the time, they had no surname to go along. The Greeks whom worshipped them as gods, and built effigies to them, gave names to their gods to fit; Apollo and Athena. Inspired and respected in such a pleasant manner. Yet eventually, it came to fruit that something developed inside the creature of Emotion, Phi. Love? This was indeed the term for it, as Phi's heart succumbed to emotion, and forced he fall in love with a female, a truly splendid woman. Yet in time, it fruited that she fell, death and sickness taking her, leaving Phi wracked with grief. He grew distant and forlorn, and in time, his emotions spawned a creature of Instinct, their beloved sister Pi.

As Pi became more and more prominent, the greeks saw her as Artemis, the goddess of instinct and the hunt. And she, developing to match their stoicism and superiority. They towered above the people whom lived in their kingdom, and with good reason, for they also protected them. However, it came time that they need not be there any further, and so they sought out their own world. They looked throughout the globe, observing the various cultures, taking in knowledge, and growing more and more understanding of human customs, each one obtaining more and more. And then, as the advent of change fruited, BC becoming AD, they found what they needed. A utopia for which they could form of their own volition, ruling it as if it where second nature. And they did so call it Ceryx, which abruptly after that became the collective surname.

Located in Northern Africa, Ceryx was a polite land of lush vegitation and rich culture. The people observed utopian ideals, and even then grew knowledgable of magics that the Ceryx three inspired, their aspects forming the perfect society at so early a time. However, this was also noted as the first Atheist state, taking no religion whatsoever, even in the spread of christ. The three rulers, whom dilligently watched over the people, spreading formal education, good health, and rationing with ever-still glee, did indeed exhibit a pinnacle of societal grace. And Ceryx profited long in to the begining of the European unity.
