I'm not saying I do not want anyone to read this book, but there are some things that could bring flashbacks if the wrong person reads it. If you have a problem with abuse or was a victim of abuse whether it is spouse, child or alcohol abuse, this may be a trigger book. It is a very hard book to read, I cannot go through it again looking for certain mistakes without having a mental breakdown. I wrote it for a project in Health in 7th grade, and I had to read it out loud for the class. It was difficult because I had to hide the fact that it was true, and I still have to hide that secret.
it's a short novel about an alcoholic named James, who doesn't know the effects of drinking until it's too late. He ruins the life he had, every bit of trust that was ever given to him, everything. It was too late for him. He screwed up.
There is no sexual content in this book or swear words, I couldn't put that in the paper when I wrote it at first. As I said, I cannot go through this again, reading and writing. I put this as highly rated because of the triggers and the ending.
