Chapter 2: Memories

3rd Person
As everyone was heading to the mess hall, you stayed outside for a while. You looked up to admire the stars and calm wind. You then looked at the beautiful moon and admired its light that it gave the dark skies. Suddenly a memory came to mind.
Flashback 5 years old
You were looking up at the sky, with bright stars and neon lights. Then out came a bird. (Pic above)
End of Flashback
You don't recall ever seeing a bird in your life, ever. So you shrug it off.
(I know it was morning but just deal with it okay? 😂) You then  proceed to head over to the mess hall. When you enter you find that everyone stares at you, I mean you were the last one to enter. All of the guys have hearts in there eyes as you walk in with a smile. You grab your share of food and proceed to sit down on an empty table in the corner, that's when all the guys in the mess hall invite you over to sit with them. You just sweat drop and continue heading to your empty table. You quietly eat your food until you feel a tap on your shoulder. You turn around to find a girl with black hair and a red scarf. "Oh! Hi! Can I help you?" You asked. The girl was shook at your kindness. "Oh, well my friends and I were wondering if we could sit here." She asked going back to her emotionless tone. "Of course!" Three people sat in front of you. To your right was the girl with the red scarf, to the left was a guy with blond hair and in front of you was a guy with green eyes and a burn hair. "I'm y/n btw!" You said with an excited tone to have new friends. "I'm A-armin." The blond said. "I-I'm Eren a-and this is M-Mikasa" The green eyed boy said with a studder. At this you giggled. And at this the two boys blushed. That's when a guy cam over to Eren and asked, "Hey your from Shiganshina right? That must mean you've seen the colossal Titan right?" Soon enough millions of people were surrounding your table as they asked Eren questions. "What are they like?" That question brought Eren into terror. And you remembered what happened that day.
Flashback 3 years old
"MOMMY!" She yelled out as her mother was picked up by a Titan. "Go away you rotten child! I would rather die than take care of you! I never loved you! It's your fault why your father killed himself remember!?!? You were a mistake from god! This is your fault everything is your fault! I hate you, you hear me?! I HATE YOU!"
Reality
"Guys enough he probably doesn't want to remember anything." Freckled Jesus I mean Marco said. "No, those things are terrifying of course but still. I will kill every last one of them." Eren said changing his voice into a dark one. "Pft please." Said a guy in the corner. "Excuse me?" Eren said looking at the hors- I mean man. "I'm just saying what we are all thinking." Jean said. "Are you trying to pick a fight?" Eren stated. Jean responded with, "All right." As he got up. Then the bell rang signaling that dinner was over. "Listen, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get you all worked up like that." Jean said lending a hand out. "Yea whatever" Eren said slapping his hand. Eren walked out with Mikasa trailing behind. Once you threw your trash away you were soon heading to your dorm as well. When you past Jean. "Excuse me!" He yelled out to get your attention. "Yo what's up?" You said with your old smile. "U-um you have v-very b-beautiful hair." He stuttered blushing and looking to the side. "Thx bro! I like your hair too! How did you get it to be two different colors?" You said touching his hair. This made the horse blush even more. "Oh um, I-it's natural." He said." Well I gotta blast but see ya Jean." You said walking to your dorm.
*timeskip*
When you arrived to your room you changed into a pair of sweats and a shirt. You washed your face and as you did this another unknown memory came to mind.
Flashback
A girl was at a crystal clear lake touching the water, and applying it to her face. "Mommy hates girls who cry. Mommy hates girls who cry. Mommy hates girls who cry!" She yelled at the top of her lungs. She continuously Repeats to stab herself with a blade. Not dying, as if she were... Immortal
Reality
What are these memories. You thought looking down. You start to shed your nasty tears and head over to your bed. As you wrap yourself around your blanket, you begin to say, "Mommy hates girls who cry, mommy hates girls who cry, mommy hates girls who cry..." Over and over again until you fall asleep.
