I can say myself that when you're used to making covers with models and stuff, It will be hard to make a anime cover.
Step 1: Choose your png

(The trick is to treat an anime cover like any other cover so choose a non anime background)

Step 3:Go to picsart and go to draw and put in the sizing 512x800 then go to edit.
