Lacey was a freshman when she came to Fieldway High School, but she had to leave after that school year because of her dad's job. A year or two later, Lacey's dad got a new job back where she used to live. Which meant, Lacey was coming back to Fieldway High School.
The first bell rings and the hallways fill with people. The junior walks into her English class with sass. Bright red shirt, black leather jacket, black pants, black boots, and blood red lips. She looked like a rebel girl from the 1950's. a "don't mess with me" look on her face is shown. "Good morning miss, Davis. It's a pleasure having you in my class." Mrs. Peterson said smiling with devious eyes. Although mrs. Peterson never seen Lacey before, she acted like she knew her for years. Lacey didn't say anything she just took a seat and continued to chew her gum. She just texted on her phone until the bell rang again. While Lacey put her books in her locker, a boy came up to her. "Lacey?" He recalled. She looked at him with a face. "What?" She said with sass. "Lacey Lu?! You changed!" The boy exclaimed. Lacey just stared at him like he was crazy, then she spit her gum to his chest. "Get out my face." She said. "You really changed. You don't remember me?" He asked faithfully. "Look, I don't care who you are or what you say, but I need you to get out my face in 3 seconds." She said stiffly. "Wow, one or two years without seeing your best friend and you go all cold." He said with sad eyes. Her eyes got wide, she felt bad, "David?" "Finally, you remember me." David replied. "I'm sorry. I didn't recognize you." She said. "Why are you so mean?" He asked. "So they won't take advantage of me." She replied with a disgusted face. "Who's they?" "Everyone."
