Kate's POV
Me and me best friend Margaretta were on our way to the friday night football game because her brother was in the band. But what was in store for that night, we had no idea. We arrived at the football game and I had to use the bathroom and Margaretta went to the concession stand while I was in there.
Margarettas POV
Kate went to the bathroom and I went to get some popcorn. Everything was fine and I was just scrolling through Instagram when I saw it. The boy I loved kissing another girl. My heart was crushed. I stood there with a tear rolling down my cheek when I felt someone bump into me. I quietly said sorry without looking up to see who it was. I kept walking until I felt someone grab my arm and a voice say "Hey, are you alright?" I looked up to see the boy my best friend Kate has always had feelings for but who hardly noticed her. His name was Jake. I quickly said no and started away but he said "Let's talk about it. Come on". We then went and sat down on the bleachers. I told him how I saw the picture of the boy I loved (whos name was Grayson who also happened to be his best friend) without mentioning his actual name to him. He replied with "I know exactly how you feel". Oh no I thought. He likes someone. How am I gonna tell Kate? I then asked if he would tell me who and he said it was too personal. He said he had to go then so we went our separate ways.
