Our Little Secret (Harrison Wells x Reader)

Episode 1: Part 1

Third Person View

Barry went to get coffee while you went ahead and got a table, so you got a window seat with a view of the street. You looked over at Barry, he was 9th in line, 'well this is going to take awhile' you thought, Barry looks around the shop looking for a way to make the line move faster, he looks at you for a second and then looks back at the scene in front of him. Barry always looks so cute when he's stuck in something he can't get out of. You look out the window thinking about different ways to tell Barry about your feelings, but, nothing seems right. When you were little you always played a game in the car on the way to school, you named it 'what's their life like' very original right, at least you thought so. You decided that this would be a great time to play that game.

You see a couple standing at one of the crosswalk signs. The girl is wearing a high priced dress and sweater while the guy is wearing a worn out jacket and light low priced jeans. You imagine they have a dog named Jack who has three legs and loves water. You end up thinking too much and start imagining you and Barry married with a dog, you stop your thoughts and beat yourself up for thinking that way.
Without realizing it 12 minutes had gone by and Barry was walking over to the table with his and your coffee in hand. You look at him and then at the coffee, "(favorite coffee or tea) for you, and a decaf for me" he hands you your coffee and sits across from you while taking a sip of his. "Thanks" you smile and take a sip, Barry smiles his famous smile and looks out the window, "Hey, wanna do me a favor?" He asks still looking out the window. "Depends" you suddenly get super curious and giving him your full attention. "Can you come with me and Iris to watch the particle accelerator get turned on?" "Umm, why?" You then melt back into your seat and take a sip of your drink. "Because I'd feel better if you were there too. I kinda almost got fired for being late to a crime scene and Joe saved me (engage rambling mode) so I have decided that I should try to not be late to things anymore and if you helped me get ready and went with me to get Iris then maybe you would push me to get ready faster so I won't be late to pick up Iris." He stopped and took a deep breath before taking another sip of his coffee. "Uhh, well, I guess I can but you have to pay for my coffee for 5 years" he glares at you says "how about 2 years?" "How about 8!?" You say obviously not going to go lower than 5. "(Sigh) fine, 5 years. God why are you so stubborn?" "I get it from you".

You get and start walking toward the door, "where are you going?" Barry asks staring at you. "I'm going to get ready" "this early?" You walk a forward a few more steps and look back at Barry "Barry we only have 2 hours to get ready and then we get 1 hour to get there in time. So ya I'm going to get ready now, and you better be home in 37 minutes or else I'm leaving without you" you smile at him. As you continue to walk towards the door the TV changes its channel to the news with Harrison Wells taking to some reporters about the particle accelerator. Harrison Wells is your favorite scientist, you've always liked his theories and his explanations.
The idea of seeing him in person made you wanna scream like a crazy fan girl, but thankfully you were too shy to ever do that in public.

After you went home and changed into a blue hoodie, tight black jeans, blue converses, and a black beanie.

You went over to Barry and Iris' place to help Barry get ready early. When you got there Barry was trashing his closet and dresser to find a good outfit. "Wow, umm, maybe you should have waited for me before going through all your clothes, oh and P.S. you need to get rid of some of these" "thanks for letting me know". He looked really tired and out of breath from being too throughout.
"So, do you still need my help?" You lean against the door frame, "yes please". You told Barry to go take a shower while you found an outfit for him to wear. You found a white button up, red sweater to go over it and a brownish black jacket, you also found black jeans and some black shoes.

Once Barry was changed into the outfit you picked out for him you both went out to pick up Iris from Jitters. Iris looked so pretty in her black dress, you never really wore dresses unless there was a party going on or it was summer, but, Iris almost always wore a dress. She kinda reminded you of this girl named Felicity you met on geeks.com, its a place where geniuses work on scientific equations together and work on theories. Felicity was helping you learn how to hack into the FBI's criminal database. You almost got caught once but Felicity made sure they couldn't trace it back to you. She was basically one of your best friends.

As you, Barry and Iris walked towards S.T.A.R. Labs, your head ran through a gazillion different scenarios of what would happen once the particle accelerator turns on, but none of them were even close to what really happened. Once you all got there Iris was asking Barry about this trip he just got back from this morning. Barry just said how he met some really nice people and that the place was great. Then you heard a microphone turn on, you looked back ahead of you and on the stage ready to speak into the mic was the one and only Harrison Wells.
