Lizzie Hearts was born a royal. Her mother is the Queen of Hearts, ruler of Wonderland, and she expected Lizzie to follow her mother's footsteps.
But after Raven Queen's mother, the Evil Queen, the Greatest Evil Ever After Has Ever Known and Snow White's stepmother, placed a curse on the wonderfully mad Wonderland, all doors to Lizzie's home were sealed. But Lizzie, Maddie, Kitty and a few other Wonderlandians escaped before the doors were sealed.
And now Lizzie is all alone in Wonderland with nothing but her mother's helpful cards to help her on the way...
But when she meets Apple, Cerise, Cedar, Briar and Raven, she can't help but want to become their friend. It's called Concern For Others, and Lizzie's mother always told her to avoid it, otherwise she would sink on the Friend Ship...

Lizzie is quite rude to those around her, though deep down, she loves and cares about everyone. She has a softer side that's locked in her.
Lizzie constantly shouts, "off with your head!" to strangers. She tries hard to be strict, proud and powerful like her mother, but when she's dragged into an adventure, her reputation as a Strict Princess is blown.
