*Ring-Ring-Ring*
Startled, Sharlett runs to answer her cell phone before it wakes Jamie up.
"Hello?" She whispers.
"Hey Sharr-Sharr. Why are you whispering?" Denise asks.
"OH. Hey NeeCee. Jamie finally went to sleep, we got into another fight earlier." She whispers as quickly and as quietly as she can as she tip toes out of the room.
Denise asks her, "I'm so sorry Sharr. Are you okay? Did he hurt you too badly this time?"
"Girl, I am about ready to leave him... for good this time. I'm just afraid that he'll come after me if I do." She says shakily.
"Sharr, you KNOW I've never approved of him... even from the start. I don't know why you even stayed with him in the beginning." Denise says worried now.
Annoyed Sharlett say, "I know. So, what were you calling about?" She asks.
"Can't a girl call her best friend just to talk?"
"Not you Denise. I know you... Wass up sis?"
"Well....." Denise says, pausing.
"Come on, tell me."
"You remember those dreams that I'm always telling you about?" She says quickly.
"Yeah. What about them... What happened this time?"
"This really handsome man named Lynn was in it and he is supposed to be my husband, we have a daughter named Elisabeth, and we're s'posed to be going to her recital."
"WHAT!????? You got married? OOO GIRL! FINNALLY! I thought you were never going to." Sharlett quietly says
"Yeah, the trouble is... who is Lynn?" Denise asks
"Well, what does he look like. Maybe it's that dude named Lynn that had one of his brothers with him that we danced with and talked to the night before Jamie and I got back together." Sharlett says.
"Well," Denise says thoughtfully. "He had thick dark brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, high cheek bones, adorable freckles... He was really muscular, and about 6'2."
"YEP! Sounds like Lynn from the club the other night. OMG girl." Sharlett says.
"Okay." Denise says
"Well, I need to let you go before Jamie wakes up, finds me on the phone, and hurts me... worse this time." Sharlett says quietly.
"Alright, you be careful. You know I worry about you. I love you Sharr-Sharr."
"I love you too." She says, and then hangs up the phone.

Okay everyone. There's the next chapter. I made it a little longer this time.
It may be longer before I can get the next one up though...
This is as far as I've gotten so far...
I will have plenty of time to work on it tomorrow while I am spending the day with my dad at his appointments though.
