I was on my way to Maya's house a week before it happened. I was on the way there for her 15th birthday. Technically it was my birthday, Maya's, Abbie's, Freddie's, Logan's, and Erik's. But since we were best friends and we had been ever since Pre School, we all wanted to have our own special day. We let Maya have the original day. Right now, I am walking with Logan, Erik, and Abbie on the way to Maya's house. Before you get confused, let me fill you in. We live in a place called May town Glee. This is where the U.S. used to be. Here, all kids leave their parents at age 8 and live without them until they get married, at age 35. At age 14 you are required to start dating. Freddie and Maya are a couple, Abbie and Logan are a couple, and me and Erik are a couple. We are such close friends that we even have a motto.
