Party looked up from his drawing to see Ghoul messing with the radio, "Ghoul, what are you doing?" Party asked.
"Tying to pick up a signal from zone 5, Show Pony said they heard some weird static coming from over there" Ghoul replied.
"Ya know we can useour normal names since no ones around, Frankie?"
"I think Party Poison suits you better than Gee, and Dr. D said we need to be careful because he saw some dracs outside trying to listen in to us." Party looked at him quizzically before going over and sitting next to Ghoul on the tattered sofa and leaning his head on his shoulder. Ghoul kisses his cheek and then the static on the radio turns to a heavy breathing, almost like someone crying.
"h-hello? Is anyone there? If you can hear this, please help me. I escaped battery city with my friend and we've just arrived in zone 5, we're trying to find the killjoys in zone 6. P-party poison, if you can hear this, meet us by the mailbox at midday tomorrow. P-please, there are so many dracs running after us and we need hel-"
The signal cut out. Party turned to Ghoul, "well, that was weird."
"yeah.You think we should go tomorrow?" Ghoul responded.
"I have no idea. I want to, but it could be a BLI trap. You never know."
"it sounded pretty sincere, lets ask the guys what they think when they come back"
"good idea." Party moved closer to Ghoul and asked him if he could put some music on, to which Ghoul responded to with a slight nod of his head, not exactly enjoying Parties music but he could put up with it.Plus, it was great to dance to.
Party got up and found one of his older but loved CDs and put it into the battered CD player.
As the heavy bass line started, Party was already up and dancing around,Ghoul just laughed at him and watched his love interest dance happily around. Party grabbed Ghouls hand and pulled him onto his feet. Ghoul knew this would happen. It always did.
"Come on, dance with me!" Party shouted over the music. Ghoul sighed and shouted "fine."
He got up and Party immediately took hold of his shoulders and moved him to the beat of the loud music. Party giggled at Ghouls lack of dancing skills, and continued to move him around, stopping only to kiss him. At one point, teeth clashed slightly but neither of them minded and just carried on moving to the music. They both danced and laughed around, but they didn't know what was happening in zone 5.
two teen boys were fighting a wave of dracs with a crowbar they had found on their travel to the zones. there was at least 5 dracs and they had only killed two so far, they was losing. suddenly, a car screeched past and gunshots were heard all around and they both crouched and huddled into each other.but then it went quiet. they thought they were dusted.
One of the boys felt a tap on his shoulder. "hey kid, whats your name"
"Uh- Thrill killer... and this is Skeleton paws, but he passed out. W-wait, you're Kobra, right?" he asked, shivering anxiously.
"yup, Kobra Kid, at your service. Jets in there, getting in?"
"yeah, uh, could i have help with lifting him into the car?"
"sure, kid." Kobra got hold of the other boys ankles and Thrill got hold of his wrists and it was n struggle getting him into the back seat. Thrill pushed him up so he was in a sitting position and then sat down on the other back seat. Jet turned around in the front seat to face the teenagers in the back, "hi, i'm Jet star."
"i know" Thrill replied, giggling.
"You know us killjoys?"
"oh yeah, we heard about you from our friend, the girl. she ran away last year to you, and we got sick of 'the Better life' so we decided to follow in her footsteps"
"you know the girl?" Jet asked as Kobra started the engine.
"we were best friends with her in bat city, but then she ran away."
it went silent as the engine purred. Jet said it would be at least 2 hours to zone 6 so Thrill put his head back and closed his eyes.

Thrill woke up to the sound of the engine stopping, he forgot where he was for a second but then he remembered. the sound of Skeleton snoring next to him reminded him to wake him up.
"wake up, we're safe now."
"huh? what? oh! where are we?" Skeleton paws asked.
"we've just got to the killjoys hideout. Kobra drove us here"
they opened the doors and got out of the rusty and spray paint covered car,and heard quiet music coming from inside the small house like building. They walked inside to see Ghoul and Party kissing each other.
Ghoul looked up and pulled away from Party "fuck, who are those guys" he asked with red lips. "this is Thrill Killer and Skeleton Paws. we found them in zone 5 nearly getting dusted by some dracs."
"were you the guy on the radio?" Party asked the green haired one.
"yeah, i was." Thrill said
and they all lived happily ever after... hopefully. sorry for the shitty ending.
