"Dante," he hears someone call his name behind him. His eyes widen as he recognised the familiar voice. Immediately, he turns around and meets Vergil's intense blue eyes.
Dante is dumbfounded. Vergil is standing a few feet away from him, completely glowing blue in colour. Vergil looks exactly the same the last time he saw him alive after the day he fell in the demon world. Vergil's lips twitches into a small smile and his blue eyes soften, "Thank you."
"Vergil!" Dante calls out, a hand reaching out to him as he takes a step forward.
Vergil closes his eyes and tilts his head down, his smile still on his lips. "Take care brother. I love you." is all what Vergil said, his voice was considerably softer, before slowly fading away.
"VERGIL!" Dante screams as Vergil finally disappears, leaving Dante alone. Dante drops his hands down and stares at the spot where his brother used to stand. Dante drops on his knees, tears streaming down his cheeks.
"Damn it Vergil." he mumbled to himself.
