Chapter 6
Savannah POV
Cameron and I walk back into the classroom and bec and James are talking. I instantly run to James and kiss him on the cheek
"I've returned my lovable boyfriend!"
Bec walks up to Cameron and puts her hand to his cheek. AW! MY OTP♥
The bell rings and we leave school, as we're walking to the car Bec comes up to me and asks
"Can I come over because I'm supposed to go to go to "you know who's" house"
"Sure, get in the car" I answer not really knowing what she meant
I walk up to Cameron and asks him
"Who is "you know who"?" I ask whisper in his ear
"You idiot! it's Bec's Dad!" He whispers back
"Oh... HEY! I'M NOT AN IDIOT!"
When we arrive at my house James receives a call from his younger brother Adam/mini James. We all say bye and then Bec gets a phone call. Then Cameron's phone starts ringing. UGH! How many phones are going to ring, soon the next phone will be...MINE!
*DING DONG*
"AH! ANOTHER PHONE!" I scream while running up stairs and hide behind some stair bars
"What's her problem?" Cameron says while answering the door
"Hey would you like to don_"
"No"Cameron says interrupting the salesman and slams the door in their face
Bec's POV
"Hello" I say
"Rebecca, where are you. If you get hurt you mother would kill me!" my father exclaims
"I'm fine, father."
"Why couldn't you just go to one of those private schools that are safe for you"
"Cause Mother won the court case and chose which school I got to go to" I say frustrated because we have had this conversation countless times.
"Poor grammar, cause is not a word!"
My father is an english teacher at some snooty private school so he's crazy about grammar. He should meet Savannah.
"I'm at my friends house, I will come over tonight. Her brother will drop me off. Kay"
"Fine, KAY IS NOT A WORD!"
"Bye Father" I say hanging up and sighing\
I walk back to Savannah's house and walk inside. I see nobody in the living room, so I walk up stairs. I'm walking to Savannah's room when I hear some talking in the bathroom
"Um, Becca I know that you're going to the dance with Mitchell" He starts with a hint of jealousy in his voice
"But I was wondering if you would reconsider and go with me, I have really liked you for a really long time, I can't even remember how long" he says smiling into the mirror
"So would you got to out with me"
I'm so shock that I forget that I'm standing in the middle of the hall. I slowly start walking to Savannah room until I step on Lexi's toy. Lexi is Savannah and Cameron golden retriever. Damn you Lexi!
"Lexi?" Cameron says poking his head out of the bathroom
At that exact moment I sprint down the hall.
"BECCA!" he yells when he catches a quick glace.
I burst into Savannah's room and hear her scream
"AHHH, ANY PRIVACY!"
Savannah's POV
Ugh! I'm all sweaty. I continue upstairs to the shower, after my shower I make my way to my room and begin applying makeup but then all of a sudden Bec comes charging into my room
"AHHH, ANY PRIVACY!" I scream
"You're just putting on makeup" she exclaims
Then Cameron shows up being the protective brother he is
"Savannah what's wrong?! AHHH your face!" He screams and covers his eyes, he tries to escape from my hideousness but fails and runs into the door frame.
"CAMERON!" Bec scream and runs to his side.
"Get out of my room and take Cameron with you!"
I grab one of my pink lip sticks and throw it at Bec but it only makes it half way
"Nice arm" she says while dragging Cameron out by the leg
As they're walking down the hall I scream
"AND DON'T LET MY MOTHER SEE ME!" While closing the door
I continue applying make up.
*RING*
Ugh! I wonder who's at the door this time.
*RING RING*
Wait no it's the phone.
"Hi this is Savannah talking. Who's calling?"
"First of all the proper term is hello. And this is Rebecca's father calling to tell Rebecca to come home."
"Cool!... But why did you call me?"
"That's because Rebecca wouldn't answer her phone"
"K sure thing, I'll tell Bec you called to tell her to go home"
"Kay is not a word! And her name is Rebecca"
"Whatever. Bye papa bec"
"Its Rebecc_!"
Were the last words I heard out of the phone before I completely hang up
I finish applying my make-up and begin making my way to Cameron's room assuming that Bec's there, and the first thing I see is Cameron and her kissing. I squeal a bit and start giggling and they hear me so they instantly break apart and is staring at me all embarrassed but not moving apart.
"OH MY GOD, MY OTP! I HAVE TO CALL JAMES!" I squeal
"STOP, NO SAVANNAH WE'LL TELL HIM TOMORROW" they both yell at me while blushing madly
"YEAH, YOU'RE SO CUTE TOGETHER!" I scream fangirling on the spot
"Oh Bec, your dad called and said he wants you home." I says still smiling
"Okay, Cameron's driving me, right?" she asks
"Sure I'll drive" he says getting up and pulling Bec with him.
"oh yes you will" I say
I'm so proud of Cameron and Bec, they had finally stepped out of the friend zone. I see them walking down the hallway holding each other's hands so I immediately run to grab phone and come back to take a pic but Cameron had just closed the door. NO! A once in a lifetime moment, the moment where my brother had his first kiss and was holding a girl's hand other than mine or mom's or in any other way, he was holding her hand as in a love way. UGH! I should have just taken my phone with me when I went calling for Bec. The one time I don't take my phone with me and I need it. UGH! I'm never leaving my phone behind ever again! But now since Cameron and Bec left, I'm all alone... So I went over to James's house (of course).
