Chapter 1 : I'm scared

Your POV

I groaned,"Good morning,(Y/N)." I said to myself.

I walked downstairs to see Eren asleep on the couch. Typical. Mikasa was knitting something with mom. I smiled and walked to the kitchen to make some hot cocoa. I drank it and ate some cookies that dad baked. I went upstairs again to take a shower

*time skip*

I walked to school with Eren,Mikasa and Armin. I stood silent while they all talked. Eren was talking shit about titans while Armin was teaching Mikasa math formulas. Eren then turned to me and asked "Hey,are you okay? You don't-" I cut him off by saying "I'm fine. I'm just sleepy." He nodded.

*time skip again*

Right after we went out of school, the town bell rang. The scouting tegion was back. "Yes!!! It is the perfect timing. Quick, I want a good view!" Eren exclaimed. Me,Mikasa and Armin just followed him. We saw the scouting region. They all went back with their straight face as usual. An old woman suddenly went in front of them and asked "Where is my son? Isn't he suppose to be with you?" The soldiers couldn't do anything but shed a tear for this woman's son is dead. They handed her an arm which was her son's. A lot of tears were streaming down this woman's cheeks as one of the soldiers tried to comfort her. Eren,Armin,Mikasa and I were so sad for this lady. We walked back after the scouting region went through Wall Rose.

After awkward silence, Eren broke the silence. "That is it. I'm going to join the military!!!" Eren's statement shocked the three of us. Armin and Mikasa scolded him. I was so busy with the sound of... a thousand screams. I inspected it and found out a new titan which was taller than the wall was able to cross Wall Maria which was 50m tall. I shouted at Eren,Mikasa and Armin to run. Armin's father was eaten in front of our eyes. We decide to check my mom. Upon reaching, we saw her crushed under Eren,Mikasa and my house. "Eren,take care of yourself and your sister for me... Please p-promise me t-that." Mom said in weakness. I pleaded "Mom, stay strong!!! You won't- " I was cut of by the presence of a titan. Mom screamed for us to run and leave her. We had nothing to do but follow her instructions.

She then told Mikasa to always have me and Eren's back always. She cried and nodded while running away from the scene. The three of us turned back as we saw our mother being devoured by the damn beast.

We all managed to get on a boat to Wall Rose. I then told Eren,Mikasa and Armin. "I'm scared"as they hugged me to give me comfort,I hugged back to give them comfort.
