"I-I love you too, Aph"

I watched as I saw a glimpse of what seemed to be Aphmau and Aaron kissing on the deck just over us. By us I mean myself and the rest of the MyStreet gang. I sighed as I looked out into the beautiful sea. I hate watching them when they get all lovey, dovey and kissy and gross! It's just cringey.

"You okay Your Name?"

I looked to my side to see Gene leaning on the railings beside me. He must of heard me sigh. Gene is one of my closest friends, I still remember running into him a few days back...

~*~*~ Flash Back ~*~*~

I skipped along the pavement alongside Aphmau and Aaron.

"So what are we doing again?" Aaron asked to his girlfriend.
"My mum has someone for me to meet" I sensed the slight annoyance in Aphmau's voice as she answered the question.

Then out of nowhere I heard Aphmau's mum call for us three. As we walked towards were she was standing I noticed that she was talking to a boy with black hair, but I could only see his back. "Hello" I said shyly, wanting to be friendly. Then he turned around. "I would like you to meet-" began Aphmau's mum. Before she could finish her sentance I had finished it for her.

"GENE!!!"

I shouted swinging my arms around his neck. It took him a few seconds but then he copped it. "Your Name, is that you?" He asked. "Sure is!" I said. He then returned the hug by wrapping his strong arms around my back. "I missed you..." I whispered.

Then I realised that Aaron, Aphmau and her mum were starting at us. "Um... So, do you guys know each other?" Aphmau asked awkwardly, whilst giving Gene a glare. "Yeah, we're like best friends!" I replied smiling.

"But your so sweat and Gene is soooo... Well Gene" Aphmau said kinda rudely.
"Aphmau!" Savannah scolded.

"It's okay, Savannah" Gene started. "I was kinda a jerk back in high school" He apologised.

"Kinda?!" Aaron exclaimed.

Gene was my best friend at summer camp. So it was a surprise for me to here that he was a jerk. He was always so sweet to me at camp and we were inseparable.

~*~*~ Back To Real Time ~*~*~

I looked at Gene.

"I'm fine, just a bit tired..." I trailed off looking at the sunset.
"It has been a long day" Gene agreed.

I nodded my head in agreement brushing my Hair Colour hair out of my Eye Colour eyes. I can't wait to get back home and relax. Hopefully not that much has changed {Like Our Houses Being Blown Up!}. It might be a long journey but I know I'll have my friends with me to the end.
