Brian entered the room,smiling brightly,with your 4 year old daughter,Rin.
You glared at him saying "how many times did I call you?"
"Once"
"Really?"
"Yep"
You kept glaring,Brian looked at you,smiling and said "oh I did hear you calling someone named Brian but who's that babe?"
You sighed,acting disappointed,trying to hide your smile.
You ignored him,looked at Rin and saw that her cheeks were painted purple.
"Rin how many times did I tell you not to paint your cheeks?"
"But daddy said it would be okay"
You glared at Brian,again,waiting for his answer.
"Oh come on! Don't be so strict. Besides, do you see how cute our princess is?"
"Yes I do. But you need to stop spoiling her!!!"
"Oh come on babe"
"Daddy can I ask you something?" Said Rin,with her hands around Brian's neck.
"Yes Princess?"
"What does babe mean"
"It's short for baby,Princess"
"Then why do you call mom babe? She isn't a baby is she?"
"Well uh..umm...I mean.."
Suddenly you bursted out laughing,while Brian kept looking at you with sad puppy eyes asking for help.
You went up to them and took Rin into your arms,still laughing.
"Mommy!! Why does dad call you that?"
"Because he's stupid"
